Our recent engagement shoot with Danielle was awesome. Danielle did a great job at easing our nerves in front of the camera, and made the shoot fun. Obviously the photos turned out amazing, and Danielle was professional and responsive throughout. The whole experience was great, and we can’t wait to see how the wedding photos will turn.
Came recommended, fit me in last minute, easy to work with, open to suggestions on shots/location. Most importantly, made me look significantly more handsome than I actually am. Call her now. Thanks Danielle!
We are so happy with the photos Danielle took of our wedding day! She did a fantastic job at capturing the day, she's super easy to work with, and she does a great job at helping people feel comfortable in front of a camera! Our location had some ugly fencing in the background, which she easily photoshopped out of our photos. We love our photos and had a great experience with Danielle!
Danielle was a pleasure to work with! She was very personable, and made my partner and I feel comfortable in front of the camera. She was also very open to suggestions and was able to accommodate our short-notice location change. Highly recommend!
Danielle was an absolute dream to work with, from days before to days after the wedding and everything in between she made things easy and was very professional and organized. Her photography skills are amazing and the pictures we got of our special day exceeded our expectations. Danielle was an absolute DREAM to work with. From the moment I got in touch with her, everything was seamless and easy. Pat & I met Danielle in downtown Ottawa for our engagement shoot, we weren't sure what to expect from an engagement shoot as we didn't have much photoshoot experience before (which is probably the case for most haha). From the second we met her, she made us feel SO comfortable and was truly a hype woman the whole time!! We got comfortable quickly and had such a great time.
Fast forward to our wedding this summer, Danielle made sure to keep tabs with us months and weeks before to make sure she had everything she needed from us to ensure a seamless wedding day. And that it was.
Danielle did an absolutely AMAZING job with my husband and I's formals, with our family members and our wedding party. We got the shots we asked for and so many more. She captured every moment of the day SO well that every time we look at the photos, we're essentially reliving the day over and over!
We also got sneak peeks unbelievably fast (within 48 hours from your wedding day) and that was amazing.
We would recommend Danielle to all our friends and family, time and time again. It is so clear that Danielle is passionate and dedicated with her work and her clients. We would not have wanted anyone else to spend the day with , and to capture all of our emotion and love-filled moments.

Where do we begin?
Danielle was our engagement and wedding photographer in the summer/fall of 2022.
In every way possible, without the slightest exaggeration, Danielle was invaluable and irreplaceable.
Firstly, she balances confidence with a disarming, laid back nature. She is friendly, open, and makes it her priority to make you feel comfortable and be yourself from the first moment you meet her – and especially during those extra intimate and romantic shots that, if handled differently, may turn into awkward moments or inauthentic shots. With Danielle, you never feel like you’re performing – and always feel like yourselves. At the same time, she is confident and guides you through every shoot with ease.
Secondly, she is very organized and works hard to plan to understand and meet your needs. She uses a thorough questionnaire early in the game which challenges you to really explore your style and what visuals you want to have at the end. This was really important to us, because neither of us had a strong vision going in and at the same time, we didn’t want additional stress leading up to the day. Danielle was available many times to hop on a call, answer an email quickly, and make suggestions. All the shot lists and instructions that we provided, were followed immaculately.
Finally, the product was – wow!!! We could not imagine more beautiful photographs. All the photos of the venue, of the décor close-ups, of us on the wedding, of the friends and family, and of the engagement in the neighbourhood park were stunning, creative, and authentic. We really couldn’t be more thrilled and have Danielle to thank for these keepsakes that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Danielle is absolutely amazing and hiring her is a no-brainer. After my wedding, I remember wondering whether Danielle was able to capture all of our special moments because I didn't recall seeing much of her throughout our ceremony or reception... However, when we received our wedding gallery, I could not figure out how one person had managed to photograph every single moment from every single angle (including close-ups!), all without us noticing!? But that just goes to show how much of an absolute professional Danielle is. And the quality of her photos? Every single one turned out STUNNING. I literally had ALL 1000+ photos that she took printed because it was too hard to narrow the gallery down to include only our favourites. Hiring Danielle is truly one of the best decisions we made with regards to our wedding.
