Julia did an incredible job on our wedding photos. She was really easy to deal with throughout the process and is such a talented photographer. On our wedding day, Julia and her second photographer, Stephanie, were very professional at all times and we were so happy to have them there. We love the pictures Julia provided us with and feel that they really captured the day. We would recommend Julia without hesitation and would definitely hire her again.

I'm a wedding photographer myself so I was very particular when choosing a photographer for my own wedding. I wanted someone who would take photos of us that would never go out of style. Timelessness and elegance was very important to me. Julia came through on all of these. I choose Julia because I love how to captures intimate moments, I love her editing style and how perfect her skin tones are. She was very professional through out the entire process. She listened to my suggestions and made lots of her own. She was a fly on the wall when she needed to be but also took the lead when the moment called for it. Her second shooter was also very professional and helpful! They were both so great to work with! She absolutely blew us away with our wedding photos. She was quick to show us a sneak peek and very quick to deliver to us our final gallery. Hire this woman, you won't be sorry!

We had a lovely experience. My husband and I are not the type to take a lot of photos and are not the most comfortable in front of a camera, but Julia made the experience seamless and comfortable, we barely noticed the camera! It was agreat experience and we both definitely recommend her. :)

Julia was absolutely incredible! From the very moment we had our video call with her, to her insane ninja like skills in capturing our special day. Super professional, down to earth and seriously unbelievable talent for capturing all those little moments. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for dreamy photos and a laid back photographer who will totally run with anything and everything.

My partner and I had been wanting to have engagement couple photos done for quite a while and we decided to try our luck with a trip to Montreal that was coming up. We came across Julia by chance on Google and once we saw her work we immediately knew she was exactly the photographer we were looking for. Julia was able to accommodate us during her very busy schedule and with very short notice. She was also very professional throughout the entire process. We liked the candid feel of her work (as opposed to very unnatural, staged shots you see from other photographers) and that was exactly what she delivered. Julia was able to make us feel comfortable throughout the entire shoot and she'll also incorporate your vision with her own ideas. We highly recommend her!

Amazing. I couldn’t recommend her enough. I spent so much time looking at styles of photography and how pictures are edited and felt hers were perfect balance of candid moments and beautiful stills… as my husband would say not too posed or chaotic haha. We are from calgary and did the initial meet and planning by zoom; she was BEYOND helpful with day of timing, suggesting locations (even going to first look and sunset moment locations several times before the wedding to see the lighting and landscape outdoors). She was warm loving and had such a calm energy it was easy to work with her (my husband is shy and was worried about that). She even let me be annoying and make a Pinterest board of photo type and mood I liked and made sure to include them (imagine how a photographer would feel with this request!).
We did our engagement shoot with her and our wedding as well- she adjusted the mood and style of photos between the two beautifully. She suggested we did a golden hour shoot -which I didn’t think we needed -and she explained how nice it was for photos but it allowed time together on a very busy day and I’m so grateful we did .. some of the best moments of the day and most beautiful pictures.
If you read nothing else…know I was so happy and loved her so much as a person that I hugged her goodbye at the end of our wedding because she was our guest

Julia was absolutely fantastic to work with! Her and Stephanie made us feel super comfortable throughout the whole day and really helped us take some of the best photographs ever! They captured our wedding with such perfection! We cannot thank them enough. If you want romantic photos (which you should) for your pictures I cannot recommend Julia enough!!!

We hired Julia for our wedding in October and we were simply blown away. Not only did she and her second shooter Stephanie make us feel totally comfortable in front of the camera (which we are definitely not used to!), we continue to hear from our guests how much they loved the photographers’ energy - this all in addition to breathtakingly beautiful photos of our wedding, of course. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I'm Julia I did my first childhood silly nonsense in a small town in the Rhône-Alpes region, France (YAS, the wine valley!). Growing up in an old country-side farm, I was surrounded by sunflowers fields, red poppies, animals and spent every minute outside, most likely half naked and with messy hair. Sounds awesome, right? After my teenage years hit, I suddenly thought that I was living in the lamest place ever and all I wanted was to discover the world. Little did I know that the way I was raised (free-spirited hippy parenting) would create this deep love and appreciation for the outdoors, but also for the most simple everyday moments. Looking back, I was so LUCKY because it taught me how to find magic in the mundane, or how to consciously decide to appreciate anything and any given moment.
