Carmen was recommended to us as she had coordinated two of our relatives’ weddings. And for good reason! Carmen and Queenie were a key part in making sure our wedding day went smoothly (which included sewing me into my dress after the clasp broke). We had contracted Carmen for month-of coordination, but appreciated that she reached out to us before then to make sure that all the key parts were in place so that we weren’t stressed out a month prior. Carmen and Queenie made a crazy busy day worry-free for us!
I'm so grateful to Carmen and Queenie! I spoke to many coordinators before I spoke to them; it was immediately obvious that they were perfect for us when we had our first call with them because they were so informative and understanding from the start. Each interaction left us confident that we chose the right people to coordinate our big day. They were extremely thorough and thoughtful, asked many questions along the way, and they carefully + perfectly executed every unique detail exactly the way we wanted it, and they were impressively reactive on the day to make sure that things were going smoothly.
I'm sure a lot of people are reluctant to get coordinators because they're not sure they're worth the money, but I have zero regrets having spent money on their services, especially considering the peace of mind that we had on our day. Thank you Carmen and Queenie!

We are endlessly grateful for Carmen, our amazing wedding planner, who has been with us since day one of our planning journey. From the moment we met her, she took the time to truly understand who we were as a couple and what mattered most to us. She helped us find our perfect venue, guided us through choosing the right caterer, and supported us in booking every vendor we needed. No matter how big or small the detail, she was always there—organized, attentive, and genuinely excited to bring our vision to life.
Carmen also genuinely listened to our concerns about our elderly grandparents and guests with disabilities. She made sure every decision—from accessibility considerations to seating plans—took their comfort and safety into account. When we got engaged the first vendor we hired was a wedding planner. Carmen and her team took care of all the details for two ceremonies (one destination and one here in Toronto). She made sure every detail was taken care of. The events were executed with military precision. The decor looked amazing.
