What really stood out was how incredibly creative Michal J, photo and video team was.
They were also amazing at handling the stressful moments that inevitably happen at weddings. When the timeline got tight, someone was running late, or things weren’t going exactly as planned, they somehow stayed completely calm and knew exactly what to do. They kept everyone relaxed and made stressful situations feel like no big deal.
The whole team was super personable, kind, and genuinely fun to have around. They didn’t feel like vendors who showed up, did their job, and left. It honestly felt like they were part of the wedding and part of the guest group. They were laughing with everyone, making people feel comfortable, and capturing amazing candid moments at the same time.
The creativity, energy, direction, and professionalism were all incredible. They made the whole photo and video experience feel fun instead of stressful, and we absolutely love what they created for us!
Highly recommend Michal J photography & films if you want a team that can handle the chaos, keep everyone calm, and still create amazing photos and films.

We absolutely loved working with Michal J and his photo video team for our wedding in Niagara-on-the-Lake. From the beginning, Michal was incredibly responsive, organised, and very easy to communicate with. He would always get back to us within 24 hours, which made the entire process feel stress-free, especially when coordinating logistics and asking multiple last-minute questions.
On the day of our wedding, the photo and video team was amazing. They were fun, kind, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable to have around. They made us feel comfortable while still keeping everything moving, and they captured such beautiful photos with incredible composition. The shots feel natural, thoughtful, and perfectly reflect the day itself.
The editing was beautiful, and we were also really impressed with the fast turnaround time. The wedding video made us cry. It felt candid and emotional, exactly how we wanted it to be. Booking wedding videography was the best decision ever!

During our early meetings, he offered unbiased recommendations and asked critical questions to help crystallize our vision. This preparatory phase ensured we were perfectly aligned on expectations. Michal lead a team of highly competent professionals, integrating smoothly into our itinerary. His responsiveness was praised by our wedding coordinator, ensuring everything ran flawlessly. On the wedding day, Michal and his team arrived early and worked efficiently, allowing us to focus on enjoying the moment. They were thoughtful and captured incredible candid shots while remaining unobtrusive. The final edits perfectly reflected the style we loved in Michal’s catalog, and he even went above and beyond by including additional shots we hadn't realized were captured. Our main cinematic film and the mobile teaser are stunningly produced. We also received a wonderful compilation of the wedding speeches, capturing all the emotions of the day. We hired Michal for our wedding. He connected with us beforehand to understand our preferences for photo style, create a shot list and put a plan together around our event schedule. He was very friendly, discreet during the ceremony, and captured many special moments. He turned around our photo edits very quickly and they turned out amazing. Can't recommend enough.
Michal was a terrific wedding photographer - communicative, patient, adaptable, professional. Also very personable and friendly, super easy to work with. He goes out of his way to suit your needs. Hire him. He is amazing.
Michal was amazing. He captured so many amazing photos. Not just the posed photos but so many amazing and memorable candid photos. Him and his assistant Mat were amazing. Half the time we didn't even realize they were there taking and capturing moments. Amazing for wedding we were so happy and we received so many more photos than we were expecting. So many to choose from. Highly recommended. I have added some of the photos. Family and Friends that have seen them were so happy for us and loved the photographs.

I am so HAPPY we found Michal as our wedding photographer. When we talked on the phone, even before signing the contract, Michal took his time to listen to our vision, asking questions to learn more about us and our wedding. He made sure to bring our vision to life. Planning a wedding is already very stressful and lasts only one day; however, photos will last forever. We are thrilled to have stunning images to remember the most special moments with family and friends.

He sent us a sneak peek of our pictures in less than a week! I was shocked at how stunning the photos turned out. I immediately shared them with family and friends, and everyone loved how beautifully Michal edited the photos and captured the most amazing moments.
Despite the windy and cloudy weather on our wedding day, Michal made the photos look SO beautiful and they turned out fabulous. I am also not good at posing, but Michal guided us throughout the photoshoot. Michal is a talented photographer, and I highly recommend him to anyone!

Michal was a pleasure to work with and we're very happy with the results. My wife and I have never done professional photos but he made things very easy and comfortable for us. He was great during the wedding ensuring he took candids as well as taking all the photos we wanted. Highly recommended!
