We worked with Alexa for the coordination of our wedding, and I really can’t recommend her enough! From our first meeting, she just has this calming, organized presence about her, and was so helpful with all the (many!) questions that we had. Our meetings with her prior to the wedding were so productive and they really helped ease our stress – we just know that whatever we asked her, she had it covered! There were so many logistical things that we were worried about, but each of them Alexa had suggestions for, and really went above and beyond to help us out. On the wedding day, it was so great to be able to be fully in the moment, knowing that Alexa and her assistant Marimee had everything covered. Having Alexa help us with our wedding was honestly one of the best decisions we made for our big day!

I can’t even begin to express my gratefulness to Cayenne and her team at DreamGroup. She was absolutely incredible from the first meeting until the end of the wedding day. Every question or concern I had was answered throughout the planning process and on the wedding day she ensured it ran so incredibly smoothly. If there were any hiccups I had no clue about them. Her attention to detail and going the extra mile is incredible and I don’t believe my day would’ve been as seamless without her. I can’t recommend her and her team enough for making my wedding day magical.

Choosing to work with DreamGroup was the best decision we could have made. Jill was absolutely phenomenal to work with in every single way. We live in Ontario and our wedding was in Vancouver and Jill made sure that we felt included in every decision during the long-distance planning process. Whether it was countless Zoom calls/Facetimes, emails, or text messages at all hours of the day and night, Jill answered all our questions and eased any concerns we might have had.  The wedding day… our favourite thing to say looking back is, “It was perfect. Everything went according to plan.” We would not have known if there were any bumps or mishaps the day of our wedding. Jill and her team were so dialed in the entire day and night so that all we had to do was enjoy and soak in the fact that this was our perfect wedding. Jill, thank you so much for turning our ideas and visions into the stunning wedding that it was!

Cayenne exceeded my expectations and I can not recommend her enough! She is absolutely meticulous, organized, knowledgeable, and consistently two steps ahead of me. She was balancing my flowers and wine on her clipboard, helping my dad when he didn’t know where to stand / sit, guiding guests and organizing the DJ, kept the whole wedding on schedule. Up to the wedding, she would check in and gently make sure we had checked off each item as we got closer to the date. I could go on and on, but just hire her. Seriously. I can’t say enough. Not one complaint. 10/10!

We chose the DreamGroup as our full-service wedding planner with Jessie for our wedding in 2023 Summer at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Jessie understood exactly how we envisioned our wedding day and introduced us to the perfect vendors with her expertise around local vendors. Her planning was always timely, very organized, and had clear communication and action items for us to follow through the entire process. The DreamGroup assistants on the event day were also super friendly and professional. We would highly recommend the company to anyone planning a wedding in the area, thank you Jessie and the team!
