We decided to have Kavita as our wedding planner when COVID was at its worst while I was pregnant! A decision that we were very happy with. She was professional and planned our entire wedding in less than a month on a budget that we were comfortable with. We would recommend her to anyone looking to alleviate the stress of planning an entire wedding.

I reached out to Kavita in 2021 pretty soon after I got engaged. We hired her for partial planning for our Sikh wedding and reception.
Kavita is very organized and creative, but mostly she makes you feel even more excited for your big day. She makes the process fun and she takes on the stress for you.
I was never worried about anything on those two days because I knew Kavita had it handled.
I would recommend her to anyone who is thinking about hiring a planner and would even suggest they hire her for full planning.

Kavita is extremely detail-oriented, organized, and thorough from the beginning up until the end. Her positive attitude, kindness, and consideration of yours and your family’s needs is admirable. Kavita’s event planning style is pure elegance and class! She executed the most beautiful event for my husband and I. There is complete consistency and transparency while working with her. Any time I called or texted her, I’d receive a response instantly. There was never a point of uncertainty. She knew what she was doing and before we could even ask her, it was already considered and taken care of! Something noteworthy is that Kavita has been in the wedding industry for quite a while and therefore, is aware of the various vendor costs. She works with the budget you provide her and communicates with all the vendors to be able to match this. She will update you accordingly and re-prioritize items if need be. She makes all your event planning problems, her own! Kavita keeps virtual and in-person meetings focused and utilizes time so well. She explains everything via her fabulously curated PowerPoint slides of photos and decor/design inspiration specific to your event theme, along with excel spreadsheets including costs and lists of what is completed/remaining to do. Kavita ensures you’re up-to-date. She will show you ideas and help guide you along the way so you don’t feel overwhelmed even one bit. Ultimately, she makes sure you are happy with every decision! We appreciated this SO much. Kavita considers all necessary elements and personal touches her clients want in their event. She is so connected with numerous vendors and takes care of it ALL. My husband I took on minimal stress for our event because she carried it all for us. Her attitude is one of a go-getter. Kavita is one of a kind. We had a destination wedding in Vancouver and connected with Kavita in 2021. She is simply the best in her field. Not only is she creative but somehow knows exactly what your vision is and delivers it in a manner you never imagined possible. She is creative, organized, thorough, and on top of her game. We had requests made to her on the day of the event in all of the craziness of having close to 400 guests to organize and she somehow managed to take care of it. We had 4 events and each one was at a different venue. Just managing the logistics on top of the complications created by the venues updated requirements due to COVID was achieving the impossible. On top of that managing our catering team who came from New York and it was their first time in Vancouver. You, Kavita did it brilliantly. You remained calm through out and made sure to keep us calm. Almost a month after the event, our guests are still talking about how well organized our events were and how beautiful all the décor was. They were amazed at the details that had gone into planning each of the four events and you were the one who was instrumental in achieving this. Cannot thank you enough on making Rohan & Navi's dream not only come true but delivered it beyond their expectations. Thank you! Thank You! Thank you!

Though we can’t say we’ve had experience with many wedding planners, we did interview a few and right from the start Kavita was head and shoulders above her competition. She impressed us immediately with her organization skills, knowledge of the industry/location/venues, incredible network of vendors, and general bubbly and solution-oriented attitude. Kavita’s experience prior to becoming an event planner is part of what clearly sets her apart from her peers in the industry and trust me, when push comes to shove and you’re in the middle of the chaos of your event(s), those are the skills that you end up needing the most from your planner. Over the course of almost two years working with Kavita on our multi-day destination event in Vancouver, she consistently exceeded every expectation we had for what a planner could mean to the process. Other reviews here have accurately described some of Kavita’s impressive traits including her accessibility, efficiency, knowledge, organization, and professionalism, so I won’t repeat what’s already been said. However, one of Kavita’s best qualities (maybe THE best) that gets easily overlooked is her impeccable eye for design. Kavita was able to pick up and re-create my wife’s vision for our wedding with incredible ease, sprinkling in much of her own creativity along the way to produce what ended up being our dream wedding – something our guests still can’t stop talking about months after the fact.
