Karen was amazing! She was super responsive and answered all of our many questions about the process. Since we were coming from out of town we had to make a few scheduling changes last minute and she was so wonderfully accommodating. During the session she helped us figure out how to not be super awkward :) and was really great at suggesting different poses. We took photos in a few different places around the Capitol Hill area and she was able to give us a wonderful variety of pictures - different poses, locations, indoors, outdoors etc. She was super sweet throughout the whole process and made us feel confident that she would deliver what we were looking for -- and she did! We love our pictures and are so thankful for all of the work that she put in before, during and after our session to make them so special for us. Thank you Karen!

No, she makes such an effort to get to know you so she can think up the perfect place to have our session and was very responsive throughout the process.
First meeting her was so much fun! We have similar tastes in music so we clicked right away! She also made it very comfortable for the both of us as well, even though she was the one running around literally drenched in her sweat! This was my first Photoshoot and I am naturally very timid and shy but she brought the fun out in me!
What helped me to decide whether I wanted to go with her or not was simply her level of expertise and crazy pricing! I wasn’t sure if we could afford to get a photo session for our engagement but I was relieved after I found out the cost! For the amount of work she does, you can’t get any better than this!

Chanced upon Karen’s Instagram profile and I liked her style and the colours of her photos - they are not over edited and feel personal. Karen has a good eye for detail, she was willing to realise (and improvise on the spot!) the random ideas that we had for the photoshoot. We enjoyed the photo taking process, it was like talking to a new friend who happens to take awesome photos, and we love how the photos turned out!

My fiancé and I found Karen through Facebook and couldn't be any more happy that we did! She was very responsive and booking was a breeze. She helped us with our outfits and choose the best location for us.
