We had the good fortune of Angie Choi (Owner + Lead Photographer) being available for our destination wedding. Hiring her was the best decision. She's an excellent communicator, very professional and maintains a very high standard when shooting and delivering our wedding photos--which I appreciated so much! She's so talented. I would highly recommend Angie for portraits, wedding, and candids. I loved her style of shooting and also the details! She captured all the right moments, design and decor details. We are so pleased!

THE BEST PHOTOGRAPHER AND SO AMAZING TO WORK WITH! We are so grateful to Angie (and her second shooter, the wonderful Emma Kreiner) for putting in so much attention to detail on our wedding day. Angie and Emma hustled around the whole day to take so many vivid, creative and wonderfully candid shots. We got to relive our entire wedding day because of Angie's incredibly thoughtful eye, and we got to see so many quick moments that we would have otherwise missed on the big day, like our guests snuggling up to their partners at heartfelt moments during the ceremony, and everyone’s reactions to speeches during the reception, including ourselves in all stages from dying of laughter to wiping away tears. The photos are gorgeously lit and brimming with a warmth that we felt on the day but can be hard to document on film, and she absolutely nailed it. We love that we have so many natural photos of our family and loved ones somehow all looking like movie stars and being fully in the moment. We received so many photos (more than 3x what our contract had stipulated) and it is such a challenge to choose favourites because they’re all so good! We wanted our day to be a personal, thoughtful and meaningful celebration of love with our nearest and dearest and she managed to catch all of that! We are floored. We are so happy we found her and and trusted Eyekahfoto with our wedding day! Angie is an absolute gem and pleasure to work with. Hire her immediately if she’s still available for your date!

Angie is absolutely AMAZING at what she does. She came highly recommended by a friend of ours and my husband and I couldn't be happier with how our engagement photos and wedding pictures turned out. Angie is so much fun to work with. She has a wonderful personality and great sense of humor and she makes you feel completely at ease through the entire process.

We loved everything about working with Angie. Our fear with wedding photos was typical, snapshot-y wedding photos. Cheesy smiles and staged groups. Angie completely understood and delivered the photographs of our dreams. Observational, documentarian, editorial-feeling - real, beautiful moments. She even found a way to make the portraits our parents insisted on look beautiful and timeless.

Our most memorable moments with Angie were the moments she created for us away from the party. The low key exploration through our neighborhood for our engagement photos. Our rooftop climbing adventurous first look photos. And our romantic sneak out into the city streets wedding night photos. We planned a wedding and Angie seamlessly found amazing moments in and around our plans that turned into our most treasured photos.

When it came to our wedding photography we had high standards! We wanted someone who could capture real moments that gave a glimpse of who we were as a couple. We search throughly for Toronto photographers and Angie was on top of our short list. As a black couple we knew we needed someone who knew how to work with our deeper complexions. I'm so grateful to Angie for having a diverse portfolio so we felt comfortable booking her. When it came down to our city hall wedding she BLEW us away. Beyond all of my expectations, I literally jumped for joy seeing the final shots. We've had such an outpouring of compliments on Angie's work and I can't express how grateful I am that she has been able to give us those memories. I would recommend her over and over again!

My fiance and I booked Angie for our wedding based on reviews we read and things we had heard through friends. We just recently did our engagement photos and they turned out amazing! Angie made us feel so comfortable and made the whole experience very enjoyable (we both hate taking photos) - and this was evident when the photos came back. Angie and her talent exceeded our expectations and we can't wait for her to shoot our wedding!

Where do I even begin?! We hired Angie as our wedding photographer and were absolutely blown away by her professionalism and talent. She is incredible to work with and has such a keen eye for capturing those perfect moments. We are THRILLED with how our photos turned out, she captured the day perfectly and we will be eternally grateful. I can't recommend her more. My Name is Angie.
I'm a photographer based in Toronto. Went to art school (OCAD Alumni!) and majored in advertising before realizing my heart wasn't there and switched over to photography. I fell in love and it's been history ever since. I'm deeply sentimental & sensitive, love to dance, and be in the company of those I love.
I've been photographing weddings for 15 years now, and what I love most about this journey is being welcomed into people's lives, sharing moments with their families and providing a space for people to feel like they can be their authentic selves. It's been really wonderful being welcomed back into people's lives as they start their own families too. I have one beautiful daughter myself and have a profound love for maternity, and family portraits.
