We are delighted we decided to choose Vitoria. From the first meeting we already had the feeling that Vitoria has a fast, flexible and efficient powerful brain. The way how she explained things is clear, simple and effective. Throughout the whole preparation process, she has been very responsive, flexible with my vision and does her best to accommodate everything that is needed. She has a mentality of nothing is impossible. For example, we needed to print out our official invitation in the Netherlands, and none of the companies could do it because they can't promise a good result, so I asked Vitoria, and she had it printed in Italy, which was just fine.
All in all, if you are someone who can be easily triggered by stress, then you need Vitoria, she will make sure your wedding preparation is almost stress-free. From a personal level, she is friendly, social, easy to work with. At the end of the wedding, we feel like we are more like friends than business partners.
One thing I could suggest for Vitoria but not as negative feedback, I think it helps a lot for couples if a meeting would be held 1 month before to walk through all details. This will provide an overview of the project status in details, which helps to ease the stressful feeling :).

I only have great things to say about Blooming Eventi. Always positive can-do attitude. Great knowledge and network of the Italian wedding vendor landscape and was always ready to find, discuss or reach out to vendors to help us with the selection. Those personal relationships are key! Working with Vitoria was the best part when planning a wedding with a short time frame. She understood what was important to us and respected our wishes til the end. If I said I wanted a purple unicorn for the dancefloor I am sure she would have accommodated it. It also helps that she is very professional yet approachable with a smile and can completely handle a stressed bride at all times. Secondly it's very important to work with someone who has great taste and can understand in between the lines what your style is. I felt at all times she took an extreme pride in making this wedding magical as if it was her own.

If you still didn't decided on wedding planner stop right here. Vitorica and her team are everything we needed and more. The whole process went so easy even though we planned the wedding from abroad. She gave us time when we needed to decide, and pushed when needed.
Her choices and style are incredible. She can organize anything you need. Wedding went just perfect. There is nothing we could even think of to be better. She thought of all small details and give us advices how to save money.
