Very disappointed. Everything started off well, and was great. However, the wedding day, she was far from professional. She started at the church and then arrived at the venue 50 minutes late, and it disrupted our schedule for the evening. When we confronted her later on, "Ma'am, there's something called traffic"... hmm....well, since ALL of our guests including the bride and groom that left the church and went to the venue - all arrived on time....and there was no traffic. 50 minutes late? and didn't stay an extra hour later in the evening, she still insisted on leaving early.

When my wife and I ask her about anything, she reacts as if we're accusing her of something, or not trusting her - but really, we're just asking questions as this is OUR WEDDING DAY.

Gurpreet is very unprofessional in those moments - she has a foul tongue, and very rude. And as a photographer, I see it as normal at best. But for the price - sure, you get what you pay for.

I do not recommend Gurpreet, and if I were to do it all again, I would stay away from her. Why? Because of her attitude towards me and my wife when we have any questions. Last I checked - we're allowed to ask questions.

Gurpreet - you need to understand that as customers, we're allowed to ask questions. You can't run your mouth off, and accuse us of "not trusting you". That was never the case. If you were a professional about it - you'd call your client and see what they want and how to satisfy their day.

All our other vendors catered to what WE want, and did an excellent job. You as a photographer - failed. Period.

As a photographer experience - I give you zero stars. The star that's being posted - that's for the videographer as he did a very good job.

It was my mistake I signed up with you, and I wish I hadn't. You were incredibly rude to my wife and I, and your work was normal - nothing special, so I'm not sure what you were boasting about.

Gurpreet is an absolutely phenomenonal photograher and professional to work with. She was extremely patient, kind, kept her work professional yet friendly and brought a peaceful yet assertive aura to our event wedding event. My wedding day felt very stressful, as for any bride, however Gurpreet was there to guide us through the whole night and ensured to capture all our beautiful moments. She was extremely flexible to work with also and helped bring my vision to life. I would definitely love working with her again and would (and do) recommend her to anyone looking for a job well-done ♡. Go ahead with her services, you will NOT regret it!!
