Where do I even begin? Working with Fatima and her team at Momentos was truly the best investment we made for our wedding. We found Fatima later in our planning process, but from our very first meeting, I knew she understood my vision perfectly. She immediately put me at ease, and her professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched.
One thing that really stood out was her seamless process—from her well-designed website to her thoughtful intake form, everything felt so organized and tailored to our needs. She was incredibly honest and even went above and beyond by offering extra services, like holding onto gifts we purchased during our site visit—a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that made our experience even smoother.
A special shoutout to Giselle, who communicated with us so efficiently and ensured that every detail was executed exactly as I envisioned. She truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect.
I was absolutely blown away by the wedding décor—every last detail was stunning, and Fatima made sure I loved everything before finalizing. There are truly not enough words to express how grateful I am to Fatima and her whole team for creating and bringing to life the wedding weekend of my dreams. Fatima expertly managed our entire wedding weekend from start to finish, beginning with our welcome party and ending on Sunday with a beach cabana party. From the first moment I met Fatima, I knew she would be the perfect planner for us. Besides personally connecting with Fatima on her impeccable aesthetic and wonderful sense of style, I knew from the beginning that Fatima really understands how to make the entire wedding planning process easy and stress-free. Fatima's real genius is that she listens. I always felt heard and knew that Fatima would do whatever it took to take my vision and make it a reality. When I walked into our reception for the first look, every detail was exactly as I hoped it would be and looked perfect. We also used Momentos for our florals, and to say that our florals were absolutely stunning would be an understatement. They were truly breathtaking and exactly as I had envisioned.
Everyone on Fatima's team is a true professional and it is very clear that they all love what they do. Fatima and her whole team are punctual, and unbelievably responsive to texts and emails. Fatima also went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding week in Cabo was perfect for both us and our guests, including helping us make group dinner reservations, arranging transport, and providing support at events that Momentos didn't even plan. I felt supported through the entire process and that is because of Fatima!

I would love to thank Momentos and most importantly my planner, Ivet for creating the most magical day our lives! Words cannot explain how thankful I am to have worked with Ivet and how easy she made planning a wedding in another country. When friends and family would ask am I stressed out about the wedding, I would say absolutely not because the process was so smooth and I had complete trust in Ivet on making our dreams come true. Ivet dealt with vendors on our behalf, listened to our needs and wants, and was always attentive and responsive. We stayed in communication constantly regarding budget, seating arrangements (which were made easy by Momentos planning website) and vendor choices. I would always ask Ivet for her opinion and I knew I can trust her because she is spectacular at what she does! The wedding day was organized to perfection and Ivet made sure everything was running smoothly. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the Momentos team for a beautiful night that will never be forgotten, we will miss working with you but we cannot wait to see the magic you continue to create
Fatima & Giselle were absolutely incredible planning our wedding. We live in Los Angeles so planning a destination wedding especially when you don’t physically live in the location can be extremely stressful—but working with them made it easy, and enjoyable. Not only were they extremely organized (proactively scheduling calls with us), but they had a list of amazing vendors for us to choose and work with and were always available via email/what’s app to answer our questions. They truly handled so many details and planning for us so we could enjoy the time leading up to our wedding. They also were able to take our vision and make it a reality. Showing them inspo photos or describing something we wanted, they were able to bring it to life in the most beautiful way. Not only did they plan our gorgeous wedding at Monte Cardon in Cabo, but also helped us plan our welcome party and day after wedding beach party. They were extremely detail oriented in every aspect, while also transparent and guided us through so many pieces of the planning we didn’t even think of. We could never have had such a flawless and well executed wedding without this team. We trusted them completely and they delivered. I would 100% recommend them for anyone planning either a destination or local wedding.
I am based in the US and was planning to propose to my girlfriend during our trip to Los Cabos. I was truly fortunate that I came across Fatima’s blog post and later decided to use her service. She and her colleagues are extremely professional.
Starting from our first zoom chat, I can feel that Fatima is putting all her heart into the proposal. She prepared a number of plans for me to choose from and she was so knowledgeable about the field that she was able to point out a lot of pros and cons of each plan.
After we finalized the plan, Fatima kept me in the loop the entire time. She visited the venue in person and sent me videos to check my thoughts. She and her team also provided me a very detailed timeline for the important day. It’s truly flawless.
And on the day of the proposal, everything is perfect. The setup was gorgeous, and photographer and videographer were amazing and the venue was exactly the same as I imagined - extremely private yet astonishingly beautiful.
Before we left for dinner, Fatima told me that “it’s difficult to put trust on someone you never met for lifetime event like this. It’s even more difficult when we are in different countries. I always aim to do my best to deliver what customers asked for and I hope you are happy with everything today”. I’d like to say, yes we are happy with everything. Thank you for making this the best day of our life!

Throughout the entire wedding planning process, I did not experience a moment of panic. Every idea was meticulously documented, every detail was addressed, and all expenses adhered to my budget. I never imagined achieving a Pinterest-perfect wedding, but thanks to the team at Momentos, that dream became a reality. The meticulous planning and numerous detailed meetings ensured that my wedding day unfolded effortlessly. The florals were magical thanks to Momentos Florals (i'm so glad I had my bouquet preserved.) Every aspect was coordinated with precision, leaving me with an unforgettable experience. In the process, I've gained some amazing friends at Momentos. Thank you Ivet, Fatima, Giselle, and the entire team!

Fatima and her team at Momentos are best in class! 12 out of 10! They helped us plan the wedding weekend of our dreams down to every last detail and ensured the 3 days of 4 events went off without a hitch.
Reasons Momentos is a GREAT planner. They:
- Genuinely get to know their clients, they totally got the vibe we were going for with each event and then could contribute ideas accordingly
- Came to planning meetings prepared with agenda, updates, and thoughtful questions. These ladies get stuff done and provide creatives solutions.
- Have strong attention to detail
- Advocated for and with us when vendors tried to change original agreements and expectations (context: Momentos wasn’t our original planner but agreed to step in and clean up a mess made by our prior planner - godsends!!!)
- instilled trust, understood our expectations, relieved stress and executed on our vision
- Have relationships with some of the best vendors in the Cabo area and share their knowledge, insights and opinions to help you make informed decisions. They also helped sourced great new vendors as we’d dream up new ideas like a balloon installation for the disco pool party or churro cart that photographed well and authentic stoves to make quesadillas for our reception’s late night snack.
We highly recommend Fatima and Momentos if you’re looking to bring the event of your dreams to reality. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about the perfection that was our wedding weekend and it going so well is due in great part to Momentos. We miss our monthly planning calls with them!

We gave Fatima an impossible task, to plan our ceremony in 1 week after our original venue closed due to an emergency. She drew up the perfect ceremony for us, handled all of the details with her strong network of vendors, and made sure to incorporate our feedback every step of the way. Fatima was extremely responsive and turned a nightmare situation for us into a dream ceremony. I can't recommend her and Momentos highly enough!
We met a few different Cabo wedding planners but ended up choosing Momentos because we were so impressed with our initial interactions with Fatima. She was incredibly knowledgeable and her passion for wedding planning was evident. We also love that they are a female founded business. Ivet, our wedding planner was equally as impressive. She was truly amazing to work with and assisted us through the process from beginning to end. She scheduled frequent video calls and was available over text and email to understand our vision and execute on it. She was thorough, very experienced, and attentive. She made sure every aspect of the wedding was considered. She did this all in only 9 months! They helped us choose the perfect venue and were cognizant of our budget. They have established relationships with only the best venues and vendors in Cabo who provide high quality work and superb customer service. We trusted and loved working with Ivet and Fatima so much that we chose Floral Studio by Momentos for our flowers, and we were ecstatic with how they turned out. During our site visit, pre-wedding days and wedding day the entire Momentos team was prepared, professional and executed the event precisely. We had a family emergency the week of the wedding and Ivet showed such kindness and empathy and handled all the logistics related to that. Momentos was the best decision we made when it came to planning our Cabo wedding! Thank you so much to Momentos, and Ivet!
