The initial hunt for a wedding planner for a destination wedding was rough. As someone based in California, I did not know the first thing about planning a wedding in Mexico. We scheduled calls with other planners but none gave me the confidence I needed in order to commit. When I met Fatima and the Momentos team, I instantly knew we found the right planner! Fatima is friendly, smart, and has the connections in the Cabo area to ensure that your event will be executed beyond expectations. Our Lead planner was Ivet. Ivet is not only an amazing planner, but from the beginning was so nice and easy to work with.
Ivet my point of contact throughout the last year of planning. She put my mind at ease through our monthly zoom planning sessions, via text when I had silly questions or ideas or if she needed to clear anything up. We would hop on an impromptu call if needed. There was never a time I felt throughout the planning process that we were not on the same page.
Most importantly, because I’m someone who didn’t exactly know what I wanted, but gave “vibes” for my wedding inspiration, Ivet gave ideas, and accepted feedback without hesitation. The Momentos team executed flawlessly. Nothing was too stupid to ask, or clear up and the reason I kept dancing the entire night of my wedding was because I knew she was making sure everything was PERFECT. And it was! Ivet, from the bottom of my heart, thank you!!
Not only was I able to focus on my guests and my husband on my wedding day, but guests continue to tell me how seamless and perfect everything went during our wedding week. This is thanks to the amazing staff at Momentos. People repeatedly said to me this was the best wedding they've ever attended.

Throughout the entire wedding planning process, I did not experience a moment of panic. Every idea was meticulously documented, every detail was addressed, and all expenses adhered to my budget. I never imagined achieving a Pinterest-perfect wedding, but thanks to the team at Momentos, that dream became a reality. The meticulous planning and numerous detailed meetings ensured that my wedding day unfolded effortlessly. The florals were magical thanks to Momentos Florals (i'm so glad I had my bouquet preserved.) Every aspect was coordinated with precision, leaving me with an unforgettable experience. In the process, I've gained some amazing friends at Momentos. Thank you Ivet, Fatima, Giselle, and the entire team!

I am based in the US and was planning to propose to my girlfriend during our trip to Los Cabos. I was truly fortunate that I came across Fatima’s blog post and later decided to use her service. She and her colleagues are extremely professional.
Starting from our first zoom chat, I can feel that Fatima is putting all her heart into the proposal. She prepared a number of plans for me to choose from and she was so knowledgeable about the field that she was able to point out a lot of pros and cons of each plan.
After we finalized the plan, Fatima kept me in the loop the entire time. She visited the venue in person and sent me videos to check my thoughts. She and her team also provided me a very detailed timeline for the important day. It’s truly flawless.
And on the day of the proposal, everything is perfect. The setup was gorgeous, and photographer and videographer were amazing and the venue was exactly the same as I imagined - extremely private yet astonishingly beautiful.
Before we left for dinner, Fatima told me that “it’s difficult to put trust on someone you never met for lifetime event like this. It’s even more difficult when we are in different countries. I always aim to do my best to deliver what customers asked for and I hope you are happy with everything today”. I’d like to say, yes we are happy with everything. Thank you for making this the best day of our life!

Fatima, Carla, and the entire Momentos team did an incredible job planning and organizing my January Cabo wedding! My husband and I gave them had a pretty short timeline (we hired them in September with the goal of having a wedding in January), and they jumped at the challenge. From finalizing the venue to selecting vendors and decor—They were so well organized and on top of things, and really helped us envision our big day. I knew from the first conversation we had with Fatima that her and her team would be the perfect fit, and I could not asked for a more supportive and creative group. If you’re looking to get married in Cabo, I highly recommend Momentos Wedding and Events!!

They're so knowledgeable about the different vendors available and provided all the information, which made it so much easier to plan our Cabo wedding from the states. I met with several Cabo wedding planners at the beginning of our wedding planning process and as soon as I met with Momentos, I knew they were the planners for us. I had a clear vision of what I wanted and Ivet went above and beyond with my expectations! She was the greatest, all I had to do was mention something and it was done. She made my wedding experience absolutely stress free and I could not recommend her more!
Momentos Weddings & Events brought my dream wedding to life! They assisted me throughout the process, from beginning to end. Ivet was my main point of contact and she scheduled frequent video calls with me to assist in the planning process. She was able to execute on all my wishes, even the last minute ones, never making me feel like I was being unreasonable. The entire team at Moments was involved in my planning (Fatima and Orziel as well), they were all very experienced and attentive. They helped guide me when I was unsure about my selections and ensured that my vision was well communicated. The entire team was on site on my actual wedding day, assisting in the set up, and making sure the event ran smooth well past the cake cutting which I though was very classy and professional. Their selection for my wedding venue and recommendations for vendors were superb. They helped me find the perfect venue for my wedding that I would never had found on my own. It was exactly what I was looking for intimate, service oriented and convenient. Because they have a superb reputation with hotels and vendors in Cabo they were able to easily navigate any issues that came up. Their preferred vendors were all professional and talented. I would highly recommend working with Momentos, they obviously love what they do and care about their clients and the execution of their bride's wedding day dreams. I hope I will have a future event to plan in Cabo so I can hire them again! Thank you Moments for making my wedding a dream come true. :)
Fatima and her team worked so hard from the very beginning with helping us put together a vision to tell our love story, to accommodate our guests, our budget, our vision, and us. They kept us accountable with our meetings always keeping everything updated and taking us stage by stage on what we needed to do from 1 year until wedding day and even after. Leading up to the last few months everyone told me I would be stressed and I really never was. I never had to worry about doing any research or knowing anything about weddings because they helped me with every single thing and held our hand along the way. The day of the wedding they were so attentive to make sure we were happy and especially attentive to our guests and my family. We had a lot of guests that needed extra assistance and it was so nice that fatima didn’t ever bother me or my husband, she just helped them and worked directly with the hotel. We really didn’t have a worry at all and I could not be happier that we chose fatima and her team to put our dream day together. Every single thing was perfect!!!!!

My vision and direction changed a couple of times and she did not bat an eyelash, she’s patient and has an eye for small detail that have a huge impact. She has the most impressive list of vendor friends who work together seamlessly and happily to reach the common goal of pulling off a beautiful event. My wedding happened during COVID, was rescheduled twice and all kinds of additional effort was needed to pull it off. I was worried it wouldn’t reflect my vision now that we had to make all kinds of allowances for additional safety, I was worried it was look sterile and strange. Let me tell you, I was worried for nothing - I couldn’t believe I was at my own wedding! Imagine the most beautiful editorial wedding shoot you’ve seen in magazines and think would be impossible to have in real life.... that was my wedding! That is what Fátima and her amazing team and band of vendors are capable of, they made absolute magic happen at my wedding. I had the most amazing time, wanted for nothing, worried about nothing, and they handled the day with amazing poise. I would do it again over and over if I could. Thank you Fátima, Saray, and the rest of the team... I appreciate you all more than I can ever express!
