Fernanda is hands down *the best* wedding planner there is. From our initial zoom meeting, to visiting Cabo and La Paz to visit venues, to planning our wedding and executing everything over the wedding weekend, she went above and beyond! She helped us find a venue that we absolutely loved and hand picked vendors to make our vision come true :) And on top of all that, she is the sweetest human I’ve ever met. I absolutely could not have planned a destination wedding without her! Working with Fer was one of my favorite and one of the most memorable parts of our wedding!

Our wedding couldn’t have been more of a dream than with The Planner Events! Sandra was absolutely a pleasure to work with! Their team was absolutely amazing and very organized throughout the entire event! If anything went wrong I sure didn’t know it! Our wedding was flawless because of this team! If we could do our wedding all over again we would definitely choose them again for our wedding planner choice! We couldn’t be more thankful for the relationship that we built throughout the entire process and the level of detail that they spent on everything!

Paulette was the planner assigned to me and my wife's wedding. We were looking for someone to replace our previous planner who we had issues with. Paulette came in and seemlessly picked up where the last planner left off. She paid attention to every detail and was organized from the very beginning. Her expertise and connections in Los Cabos allowed her to address every need or answer any question we had. During the week and weekend of our wedding, her and her team executed perfectly. I highly recommend!

Fernanda was very attentive throughout the whole wedding planning process. She made it easy for us presenting every option we had, we are so happy we went with her for our wedding in La Paz, after get to speaking with her we truly appreciated her expertise with the whole Baja Sur region. I don’t even know where to start! Everything about working with Sandra and Fernanda was fabulous! They are kind, communicative, organized and they have an amazing eye. It is hard to put into words the gratitude and appreciation we have towards Fernanda and her team. Her attitude, energy, execution, and professionalism throughout the entire process blew us away. She truly made the happiest time of our lives a magical experience and we wish we could get married again just to work with her all over. We first met Fernanda almost a year before our wedding, after some dedicated internet searching for a planner that would help execute our vision for our destination wedding in Cabo, Mexico. I’d met with multiple planners, but no one had the kindness and enthusiasm of this team and I am SO GRATEFUL we chose them. With both my husband and I’s background in creative/design/art, we wanted to plan something for our wedding that would be special, unique, beautiful and enjoyable for us and our guests. From the start Fernanda and the whole team was kind, accommodating, supportive, informative, helpful, new all the best vendors, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had the day/weekend of our dreams. Fernanda and our team worked extremely hard to carry out our design ideas, custom gifts, multi-day plans, and was there with us every step of the way from initial site tours, site inspection, food tasting, vendor visits, and each event wedding week. When we were not meeting in person, Fernanda maintained quick communication by text or email, and we had weekly video calls to touch base and make decisions on key items.

By the time the wedding came we felt surrounded by incredibly talented, caring, wedding planning expert friends who truly cared about our happiness and were additive to the whole experience. During our wedding week the weather was unseasonably cold and VERY windy causing us to make many last-minute pivots and changes to make sure our guests were comfortable. Fernanda and team covered it all with ease and grace, helping us to relax and enjoy. We had so much fun with this team and are impressed with their expertise, talent, dedication, kindness, problem-solving, and composure no matter what happened. Fernanda worked well with our outside vendors and videographers, knowing intuitively what was important to us and when/where to break the script.

Everyone who came to our wedding walked away saying it was unlike anything they had ever been to and the best wedding they had ever attended- which we didn't expect but attribute so much of that to Fernanda and team. The series of events took a lot of planning and work from Fernanda and our team- but from the guest experience, it felt smooth, easy, fun, beautiful, and seamless. It allowed us to have so many special moments we will never forget. Everything was magical and we genuinely enjoyed our experience. We miss and adore Fernanda, San, Paulette, Martha, and the rest of the Planner Event Team, and hope to plan more events with them in the future!!!
