I truly could not be happier with my photos and the end to end experience with MemoryBox. Not only are they still on the affordable side of photography, but you truly get an elevated experience and amazing photos for what you pay. I admittedly sort of got overwhelmed towards by wedding date since I had to travel internationally and it was a lot of logistics, and I forgot to schedule a call to iron out details and confirm an additional time that the photographers had everything they needed to get to my venue, find me on the huge resort, etc. When my day arrived and I looked up at the time and saw my photographers should be there, I kid you not I opened my hotel room door and there they were! On time, in the most joyous kind mood, ready to capture the day. I was so impressed that they were able to arrive without more guidance and several calls placed to me or my wedding planner, they are true professionals who get the job done. I was so grateful for their patience and professionalism because my husband and I are both very awkward and dont enjoy having our photo taken so I was unsure we'd even have great photos, I am truly in shock of how many of the photos we absolutely love. I know there are less expensive options in the area but I would recommend paying slightly more for a flawless experience. They also have an awesome website user experience which I really value when sorting through this volume of photos, I could not be happier with my choice!

JUST AMAZING! Fred and Melissa are true professionals - it was difficult to find the words to truly describe how incredible they made our day (and how perfect the photos were) but I’ve tried to summarize below:
Upon arrival, Fred and Mel put my wife and I both at ease immediately. They were calm, cool and collected, and operated with precision to direct both the bride and groom parties throughout the afternoon.
We were never rushed, but always stayed on schedule and I appreciated that so much. With all the chaos going on throughout our wedding day Fred and Mel were a breath of fresh air that had us both relaxed and looking our best for our photos!! Not to mention they are both fun and hilarious and had our groups having a blast while taking our pictures. Normally photos aren’t the “fun” part of the wedding, but they made it fun which we really appreciated.
Their style is exactly what we looked for - moody, artistic, and captured our vibe perfectly. They did a great job of directing our group for angles, creative shots, and most importantly the candids. The best part about their style is that they become a fly on the wall and captured the essence of the moment in a way that I’ve never seen before.
We just received our photos back and we are so thrilled!!
Cannot recommend them more for anyone looking for photography services - my wife and I wished they could have stayed to hangout with our group after the wedding - such lovely people.

Mel and Fred are so much fun to work with and made us feel so at ease. When it comes to photographers especially, it is SO important to hire someone who can make you feel relaxed and comfortable, especially on a day where emotions are running so high. Their turnaround time was fast and we got a 50 photo preview about a week after our wedding. The editing style is so chic and sexy. They did a great job in capturing the small moments in a natural style, and we can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!
Me and my husband are more than happy we chose Fred and Mel to arrange and capture our intimate and unforgettable elopement day in Tulum. We both don’t like to pose in front of cameras but they made the photo shoots very natural and pleasant. They are both very nice and easy going as well as super creative. Memory Box was an incredible addition to our wedding day. Berni was very relaxed in his approach to our photos, which is exactly what we wanted. He balanced allowing us to just enjoy the moment, while ensuring we took memorable pictures with the family as well. Both of our candid as well as 'posed' (but didn't look posed) photos turned out better than we ever expected. I highly recommend Memory Box to friends and family alike.
Words really do not describe how wonderful and amazing these two are in capturing the beautiful moments and being so fun and supportive every time they were with us to take photos. We splurged and got the biggest package, and wish they were with us for more of the time! The photographs were the most important part of our wedding, and I could not have asked for a better result. I am so thrilled with all of the photos, and can honestly say I have never really liked any pictures of me and I now have os many that I love. Mel & Fred truly captured our wedding day. We have been showing off our photos and our video and everyone can’t compliment them enough. They are also a really fun couple and are so easy to deal with. From the moment Fred & Mel arrived, they were so much fun! And there is unbelieavable talent between the two of them. They see art in ways I never could, stopping along our drive to take quick shots as backdrops stood out. They kept it casual and comfortable as though you dont even realize you're being photographed, and they are so kind and down to earth. I'm pretty sure every shot they took was a "keeper".
