We had a small micro-wedding at Villa La Joya on January 15th with our immediate family. I can not even begin to describe how lovely it was to host it there.
The house is gorgeous inside and out. There are literally a dozen plus spots to take portraits at. We held our ceremony overlooking the sea and it could not have been more perfect.
Communication with Villa La Joya was easy and clear. I have to say, working with Enrique was absolutely the highlight of our experience. He really went above and beyond for us. He is kind, professional, and forward thinking. We were not able to visit the villa before our big day and he sent us photos of possible ceremony sites. He even communicated with our florist and coordinates drop off and set up so we had nothing to worry about leading up to the wedding. Overall his friendly demeanor made our day that much more special

My husband (ahhh crazy to say) and I just got married here on a Saturday in January and it was SO amazing and beautiful. The wedding was absolutely perfect and we received SO many complements on the venue. We had about 95 guests and the coolest part about this venue is you can really make it whatever you want, but it is just beautiful in general!
From the bridal suite to the main venue, Villa La Joya is spectacular! We met Enrique on our pre-wedding visit and he assisted in making sure our stay was wonderful, as well as showing us the venue and confirming our vendors had access to us for our trial runs. Our second meeting was the day of the wedding at the bridal suite and he had it set up exactly as requested! We had everything we needed and more! Additionally, the staff at VLJ was amazing and we appreciate all of the assistance in helping make our wedding day magical.
The experience was more than excellent with Mike and Irma. As a planner we have a lot to do on the day of and we did a few visit before the big day without any problem. The site is magical for a wedding, I recommend this villa at 1100% ...My words are not enough to express my satisfaction.
We were supposed to have Jason and Elizabeth's wedding on Friday, July 5th 2024, but the storm Beryl passed through Mexico. We were under a curfew. So, we postponed the wedding to Monday... But what exemplary collaboration and service from Enrique and Mike. The bride and groom and the guests are more than satisfied. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you... I just had my wedding at this spectacular venue. The location is great with a beautiful view. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to plan a wedding in Cancun or Riviera Maya. The staff is easy to work with and allow any outside vendors which is probably one of the biggest perks (Considering this is one of the harshest rules at any other venue) Adriana was our wedding planner and our big day went perfectly orchestrated.
Villa la Joya is the most breath taking venue. Planning a destination wedding made me a little worried, but once I saw the venue in person I knew my guests would be blown away. I wish I could give the venue more stars because my guests were all speechless.

This is a lovely hotel, I think one of the best to do a wedding. The pictures look wonderful and lovely. I recomend it 100% the view and the people are very kind and nice people.
