They ensured that each event felt as special as the next by designing them to each have their own themes while leaving each one absolutely unforgettable.
We had expectations for how each day would look and feel and Alessandra completely exceeded all of those and blew it out of the park! It is safe to say that each person that attended our wedding celebration was completely impressed with how intentional and beautiful everything turned out and made it a special unforgettable moment for everyone in attendance.
As for the planning process, I do not think I expected to have half as much fun and ease during this process when Michael and I first decided to celebrate our wedding in Italy, as it can be a little scary planning a destination wedding! We were nervous about how it would go, so finding the best planner was a vital step in our planning process. When we had our first interview it was an instant connection, and I knew that I could not trust anyone with our wedding that was not Alessandra and the Chechic team.
The communication was clear and frequent, and the meetings were always a time to look forward to as working with Alessandra was truly so much fun. I did not feel any stress while working with Alessandra and I would do it all exactly the same if I had the chance to re-do our wedding. If anything I am sad that the time is done!

Alessandra and her team were nothing short of amazing when it came to planning our wedding in September of 2025. As a physician-attorney couple living in New York City, we knew that we would need as much help as we could get when it came to planning our wedding, particularly in a foreign destination. Fr om the start, Alessandra was on top of all of our to-dos, creating an extensive and immaculately organized Google Drive to outline our vendors, contracts, budget, and next steps. We found that she was particularly good at meeting us wh ere we were at when it came to involvement in wedding planning. For us, we needed (and wanted) all of our options narrowed down as much as possible (and usually just went with Alessandra’s recommendation when it came down to it). Not only was this a massive time-saver, but it allowed us to offload the colossal weight of wedding planning onto Alessandra and her team while allowing us to take more of a back seat. That being said, if you were inclined to be more involved in your wedding planning, Alessandra would without a doubt listen and implement every feature you request.

We cannot emphasize enough how detail-oriented Alessandra was, with each element of the wedding weekend executed perfectly. From searching for hotels for our guests, hiring a band for our welcome party, organizing our transportation to the venue, she went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. These examples are just the tip of the iceberg.

While we knew that our wedding weekend would be great, the actual result was out of this world. When Alessandra promises, she delivers. Every vendor she helped us select exceeded expectations and left our guests absolutely speechless.

It was more than obvious that Alessandra was well-versed in event planning, with DOZENS of our guests reaching out to us post-wedding to ask about our wedding planner, applaud her involvement, and complement her (and her team-members’) professional presence at all of our wedding events.

It is important to note that when you hire CheChic, you are not just getting a single planner but rather a team of highly capable, responsive, and attentive planners and assistants to ensure that everything leading up to (and throughout) your wedding day runs perfectly. We found Giulia through a friend whose wedding she planned the year before. After seeing how amazing their wedding was, we knew we wanted to work with her too.

From the beginning, Giulia was patient, responsive, and organized and helped bring our vision to life.  Her attention to detail and calm, thoughtful planning made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free, even with trying to plan a wedding across the world with a 9 hour time difference. She understood what we wanted and helped create something even more beautiful than we could have imagined. As a Type A/perfectionist bride, it was invaluable having Excel spreadsheets, organized folders, and 3D renderings on what the wedding day would look like.

The ceremony setup, reception, and dance floor all came together perfectly. Both our welcome party and the wedding day exceeded our expectations, and so many guests told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. We heard endless compliments, not only on the aesthetics and party, but also on the seamless flow of the day, from the speeches to the organization. None of it would have been possible without her and the entire CheChic team, who pulled it all together. We're so grateful that we had Giulia and CheChic's support throughout the entire process and wedding day.

Words cannot express how incredible CheChic, Giulia, and the entire team are! They gave us the most magical, unforgettable day of our lives—something beyond anything we could have ever dreamed of. Giulia is truly the absolute best: thoughtful, creative, and flawless in her execution. Every moment felt like a fairytale, and all of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to.
Our wedding would not have been the same with anyone else, and I cannot recommend them enough. They will forever be a part of my life, and I will always support them and cheer them on from afar. It is hard to put into words just how much Giulia and Che Chic! Weddings mean to us. From the very beginning, Giulia was more than a planner, she was a calm presence, a creative force, and eventually, a friend.

We actually started our wedding planning journey with a different planner, but after a few difficult months, we had to make the tough decision to part ways. We hosted two events over the wedding weekend. Our wedding day and a pool party. Each had its own unique style and atmosphere, but both felt effortlessly connected and completely magical. The compliments we’ve received from guests have been endless, and so much of that is down to Giulia’s extraordinary work.

Beyond the beautiful décor and flawless logistics, what I’ll remember most is Giulia herself. Her warmth, her patience, her kindness, her quiet confidence. She made me feel so supported and safe throughout the whole process. On the wedding day, seeing her there felt like having a friend by my side who I could completely trust. She took care of everything with such grace and made sure we could be fully present and just enjoy every moment.

Giulia — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You have such a gift, and we feel incredibly lucky that our paths crossed. We couldn’t have asked for more, and we will never forget what you did for us. I cannot wait to see what beautiful weddings you create next.

After interviewing over twenty planners, I finally found Alessandra and knew within minutes of our first call, she was the most perfect person to bring our wedding dreams to life. As a type A person, I was looking for someone organized, experienced but still creative and open to my ideas. Alessandra was all of that and more. Not only was she so meticulously on top of every single detail of the planning process, but she was also the most kind, patient and reassuring person over the past year and a half. Choosing Alessandra and her team was the best decision we could have made and I cannot recommend her enough.

Alessandra and her team planned every aspect of our wedding flawlessly, even our craziest requests. There were a few details we dreamed of having - an epic after party that felt like a club, complete with a vintage photobooth. Alessandra, Michela and Giulia exceeded every expectation we had when they found the EXACT photobooth we wanted and designed a party that left us truly speechless - including lasers, lighting and a backlit bar that rivaled a Miami club.

When it came to the flowers and table design, Alessandra was so patient as my ideas evolved over time. Without hesitation, she presented options for each of my ideas until she found the most perfect setup. The dinner and ceremony was out of a fairytale and beyond my wildest dreams. The 3D renderings were unbelievable and made me so much more comfortable with our choices, as you could literally see what their vision would look like on the big day.

On the day of, Alessandra executed every detail flawlessly. Our day was planned down to the minute and the day felt so smooth and relaxed (even though I know there were a million things going on outside). When we had any issues, Alessandra handled them so perfectly and made sure that everything happened exactly as WE wanted on our day. I know coordinating with countless vendors cannot have been easy, but Alessandra and her team never showed anything but positivity, patience and unbelievable kindness to my husband, me and our guests.

When we decided to have a destination wedding in Italy, we had no idea where to begin, so we knew we needed a wedding planner to guide us. We spoke with a few other planners, but I didn’t feel a true connection with anyone… until I met Alessandra. After emailing back and forth for a little over a year, I was so happy to finally meet Alessandra and Michela in person. They are just as kind in person as in their emails! On our wedding day, every detail unfolded seamlessly. Alessandra and Michela handled it all with such grace and warmth, smiling through every moment. I didn’t feel stress at all and I owe it all to them coordinating everything so well. Our family was just as amazed as we were and enjoyed every second of the celebration.

Working with Alessandra and her team was an absolute joy. There’s no one else I would ever turn to in Italy to plan a special event. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Alessandra, Michela, Giulia, and the entire team for everything you did to make our day so perfect. It was truly a dream wedding. I am forever grateful to you all and hold so much love in my heart for each of you.

The best decision was choosing Alessandra and the ChecChic team to plan, design and coordinate our two day Indian/Scottish fusion wedding in Sicily.

You can tell that Alessandra truly cares about her craft and making the day special . She takes the time to get to know you as a couple and understand your vision, then elevates it with magical design details which left us - and our guests - saying “wow”.

Michela was responsive in all communication. She regularly updated us and kept us on track with our timeline. The team have fantastic relationships with vendors with different styles and price points to sel ect fr om.

On the day, all the events ran seamlessly (a big feat considering the complex timeline and number of entrances and dances we had!) and coordinated with our vendors so it all felt effortless. We had a bad spell of weather for our morning event and within the hour,  the team had spoken to all the vendors to push the event back by a hour without issue.

Alessandra is not only exceptionally talented  but also funny and warm. She became a friend by our side throughout the entire planning process and managed everything with meticulous detail and style!
