BEST WEEK OF OUR LIFE! It was truly everything and more, Fede & Francy made our dreams come true! We cannot recommend IWE enough. ????
We were referred to Italian Wedding Event by a friend, and from our very first call through the wedding weekend, they truly understood us. We were planning a destination wedding from New York and Miami at Villa Gamberaia in Florence, and what could have felt overwhelming or chaotic was instead completely seamless because of them.
They helped bring our vision to life in a way we didn’t even know how to articulate ourselves - and didn’t stop until everything was exactly what we imagined and more. Their deep knowledge of the area and, importantly, their strong relationships with local vendors meant they were able to identify the perfect team for us. From Leandro, our incredible florist, to Galateo, our caterer, every partner they brought in was exceptional and worked together effortlessly.
They didn’t just plan a wedding… they orchestrated an entire three-day experience, from our welcome party to the wedding itself to our recovery day. They managed every opinion, every moving piece, and every detail with such calm and precision.
And when inevitable last-minute changes came up, they handled everything flawlessly - turning what could have been stressful into something even more beautiful than we originally planned (our dance floor being one perfect example - from black and white to white, even more gorgeous!).
Most importantly, because of them, I was able to fully enjoy every moment as a bride and be completely present throughout the entire weekend.
Federica (Fede) and Francesca (Francy) were by our side through it all and truly became like family by the end.

We couldn't be happier with Italian Wedding Events! We didn't have the conventional big wedding, it was more of an elopement which then turned into a small celebration with only a limited number of family and friends. Nonetheless, Alessia was amazing to work with. She was flexible, accomodating, patient and extremely generous with her time. We couldn't of done it without her - thank you, thank you, grazie!!

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Federica and her Italian Wedding Event team...Despite being pregnant (and deathly ill/busy from it), and 1,000s of miles away in Chicago, Federica was able to deliver the wedding ceremony of our dreams. Fede and her team were able to take our vision, which had so many components that were important to us, and deliver an end product that exceeded our needs AND kept our budget in mind. Overall, the team was extremely detailed- consistently communicated with photographs and layouts for visualization, efficient- often responding within a day via email or to set up zoom meetings, and flexible with budget. For every request we had, whether it was for stationary, live art, impeccable catering, Fede and her team had several vetted professionals at their disposal that made the process of selecting our vendors so seamless. Despite not visiting our venue or taste testing a single menu item, the team made us feel confident our wedding would exceed our expectations even if we were unable to fly to Europe prior to our ceremony, and they were not wrong. I wish we could experience our special day 1 million times over, it truly was such a stress-free and magical time thanks to this team. Our only regret is we will never able to repay them for making all of our wedding dreams come true.

We found Fede through another couple’s wedding video that we loved. We asked them about her and they replied simply, “She is a goddess! Hire her!” They were absolutely right. We cannot say enough glowing things about our Fede. From the moment we met her, we knew that we were in the best of hands. Anytime we needed to reach her for anything, we would hear back from her promptly! She was an amazing problem solver. Every phone call with her left us completely at ease during the entire process. She is kind and compassionate and fun to work with! She delivered us the wedding of our absolute dreams within budget and best of all-we truly felt like we got to be guests for every minute of our three day wedding. If anything went wrong, we never knew it! All our guests were so amazed with how seamlessly all of our events went and are STILL talking about how it was the most incredible wedding weekend they’ve ever attended. My fianc? and I hired Federica and Alessia as wedding planners for our May 2023 wedding in Florence. I heard nightmare stories about bad planners and was nervous about hiring someone in a different country (we live in California, USA) to plan arguably the biggest event of our lives. From the start, Federica and Alessia were so responsive and attentive. If we needed to get on a call, they would find the time even during peak wedding season in Italy. They were mindful of our budget and honest about which "add-ons" were unnecessary. Even leading up to the wedding, I had no idea what to expect, but to say that they knocked the wedding out of park is an understatement. The wedding was absolutely perfect. Fede and Alessia were so on top of everything during the event and made sure it ran smoothly. We had a vision for the event, but it could not match the reality that Fede and Alessia came up with--it was absolutely beautiful. They made the process of planning a wedding as painless as possible and my husband and I will forever owe them a debt of gratitude. I also want to add that Fede and Alessia are both extremely kind-hearted, warm, and fun! Anyone would be lucky to have them as their wedding planners. We are so grateful to have had them in our lives.
By the reviews I have read I expected Federica to be a great wedding planner when I chose her for to do my wedding, but she was way above all my high expectations! Besides being an amazing person, she is a thorough planner, and she knows how to deal very well with the bride anxiety, being patient and caring :-). She also was very careful with our money, from the planning to the actual choices, helping to negotiate with suppliers and make good trade offs when needed. On the day, she truly took care of everything and I could relax and enjoy my day, knowing she was on top of all the details! And the day was perfect! All went smooth and I am sure what did not work (can't say what or if though) I am sure she dealt with and made sure it was fixed in no time. From all the feedback I received from my guests, the night was perfect, and it is all her and her team merit! So, I can't recommend her highly enough! I would choose her again and again! Thanks Fede!
