Working with Gaia and Chiara was an absolute joy from start to finish. Their calm professionalism, exquisite taste, and genuine warmth made the entire planning process effortless. They consistently brought us ideas that we would not have thought of that made our weekend feel personalized and fully ours.
On our wedding day, everything unfolded seamlessly, allowing us to be fully present and simply revel in the beauty of it all. Our guests were in awe, and we owe it entirely to Gaia and Chiara’s quiet brilliance behind the scenes.

From the very beginning, Gaia and Chiara made planning our destination wedding in Lake Como feel effortless, thoughtful, and genuinely joyful. As a local Como business, their knowledge, relationships, and deep love for the area were evident in every single decision and recommendation. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish.
Our wedding weekend last October was absolute perfection. Every detail was exquisite- the design, the flow of events, the atmosphere- it was all seamless. The entire weekend went off without a hitch, and if anything did happen behind the scenes, we never knew about it. We were able to be fully present with our family and friends because we trusted them completely.
One of the most special parts of the day was the private boat ride they arranged for just the two of us after our ceremony — a quiet, magical moment on the lake that we will cherish forever. They also flawlessly coordinated boat transportation for all of our guests staying at two different hotels the morning of the wedding, which was no small logistical feat. It felt cinematic and completely stress-free.
But beyond their incredible professionalism and eye for detail, Gaia and Chiara are simply wonderful humans. By the end of the weekend, they felt like family. We went from weekly planning calls to suddenly not speaking anymore — and four months later, we still miss them. That says everything.

Myself and my husband owe the perfection of our dream wedding in Lake Como to Chiara at Gaia Concierge. Through several calls ahead of our day and throughout the day itself, Chiara ensured everything was in hand, no task was to big, and she always went the extra mile to share her expert opinion and ensure the day was flawless. Chiara was not only professional, she was personable, friendly and always had a smile on her face. She helped bring our vision to life, I couldn’t recommend her and her team enough.

Our wishes were very specific and the logistics of our plans weren’t the easiest, but Gaia’s magic behind the scenes is second to none, and no detail was too small or task too big to ensure our dreams came true. Gaia has impressive experience in the Lake Como wedding space (and beyond), but brings a human element to planning that feels incredibly special. She is thoughtful, understands that no two clients are the same, and goes the extra mile to ensure every minute thing is thought of. Gaia listened to our wishes to bring our ideas to life, and always shared her expert recommendations, a balance we are so grateful for. She is a bringer of solutions (never problems!), always has a smile on her face and is creative in coming up with ways to execute even the craziest of visions. In the final days of lead-up, as well as throughout the weekend itself, the execution was flawless, allowing us to fully switch off and enjoy the moment, trusting that Gaia and team were acting as our second brains. After almost a year of planning, she and her wonderful colleagues (thank you Chiara, Marcella, Carla…!) feel not only like a superb team, but also lifelong friends. We only wish we could do it all over again!

If I could give a million stars for Gaia Concierge I would! I don't think my review will do enough justice. We couldn't have asked for more, from the amazing organisational skills, the warmth, care and love, the laughter, the nothing is too much trouble attitude, the calm run up to the event to the everything went to plan and a perfect and magical event. Organising a wedding or event can be very challenging and even more so when you live in a different country. However, it was an absolute privilege and pleasure to have our special weekend organised by Gaia and Chiara.
cannot thank Gaia & Chiara enough. We hired Gaia Concierge & Events for our wedding day last week for wedding co-ordination services and the support we received was second to none. We had numerous meetings & conversations leading up to the day and Gaia & Chiara would make valuable recommendations to make sure that we had thought of everything possible to make our day perfect & how we hoped. Leading up to the day and on the day itself, both Gaia & Chiara managed all of our suppliers and the schedule itself making sure the day ran perfectly ... we can’t recommend them enough xxxx

Simply amazing! Gaia is a very committed and trusted partner, she organised our wedding in August 2022 and we were very satisfied!
Less than a year later, we went back to a different part of Italy on holiday and as soon as we arrived we realised we had left an important document at home. We contacted Gaia again and through her concierge service, despite the weekend and a bank holiday, she managed to have our document quickly shipped to us. Thanks again Gaia!

Gaia exceeded all of our expectations! No task was too big for her. She made everything happen! She is reliable, responsible, helpful and efficient. She understood my vision and brought it to life. I highly recommend her.
