Serena and Klajdi made the absolute difference to our wedding weekend in Chianti. They turned what should have been a stressful event into an incredible memory for which we will be forever grateful.
From day one, Serena and Klajdi invested their time in us, trying to understand our hopes, dreams, and reasons for a wedding abroad - and they delivered. From the incredible venue to the perfect vendors, Serena and Klajdi left no stone unturned in trying to find us the best deals with uncompromising quality. And throughout, they expertly navigated the constant twists and turns of typical wedding planning - and always found us the best available option.
For anybody planning a wedding abroad in Italy, I could not recommend Serena and Klajdi enough. With their constant communication and unique relationship based style, Serena and Klajdi feel like more than wedding planners - they are our friends. We used Tuscan Tours & Weddings (Serena & Klaidji) to plan our wedding in Tuscany, and I have to say, they were absolutely amazing! It was the best day of our lives, and everything completely exceeded our expectations. They were on top of every single detail, and made planning a wedding in Italy (from the US) easy and simple. I am SO glad we worked with them, and highly recommend anyone interested in a Tuscan wedding use them.
They truly went above and beyond anything we asked for. They are extremely detail-oriented, and set us up with the best vendors. We had a three day event, which included a wine tasting led by Klaidji (which everyone loved), the most beautiful rehearsal/welcome dinner I've ever been to, an incredible wedding in the hills of Tuscany with delicious food, amazing music, and the perfect decorations, along with multiple breakfasts, transportation, etc. I would use them over & over again, and cannot wait to use them for tours in Tuscany in the future.

We approached finding our wedding planner with the utmost diligence, and so the fact that we chose to work with Serena and Klajdi speaks volumes about how great they are. After vetting and speaking to over twenty wedding planners from the region, Serena and Klajdi stuck out and we chose them because they were upfront about their focus on quality food and wine and they certainly did not disappoint! The caterer Serena connected us to was fantastic (amazing cocktail hour snacks and dinner) and Klajdi, being a professional sommelier, chose fantastic wines both for our wedding day and for a wine tasting event he hosted the day before that earned rave reviews. In addition to the food and drinks, Serena also made sure our 2-day wedding went off perfectly from finding great vendors (florists, makeup, caterers, DJ, shuttle buses, etc.), managing them during the event, and helping our guests whenever they had questions. She was also flexible when we asked to use our own photographer that we found ourselves. In terms of communication, Serena was fantastic and extremely responsive whenever we had questions during the planning phase and made the geographic gap (us in the US, her and vendors in Italy) no problem.
More than all of the wonderful things above, Serena and Klajdi were genuinely so caring and attentive through the process, and they're both so warm and great to be around. They made us feel comfortable throughout the process, are super funny with their banter as a duo, and truly went above and beyond what we were expecting. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts - we could not recommend them enough!
