We approached finding our wedding planner with the utmost diligence, and so the fact that we chose to work with Serena and Klajdi speaks volumes about how great they are. After vetting and speaking to over twenty wedding planners from the region, Serena and Klajdi stuck out and we chose them because they were upfront about their focus on quality food and wine and they certainly did not disappoint! The caterer Serena connected us to was fantastic (amazing cocktail hour snacks and dinner) and Klajdi, being a professional sommelier, chose fantastic wines both for our wedding day and for a wine tasting event he hosted the day before that earned rave reviews. In addition to the food and drinks, Serena also made sure our 2-day wedding went off perfectly from finding great vendors (florists, makeup, caterers, DJ, shuttle buses, etc.), managing them during the event, and helping our guests whenever they had questions. She was also flexible when we asked to use our own photographer that we found ourselves. In terms of communication, Serena was fantastic and extremely responsive whenever we had questions during the planning phase and made the geographic gap (us in the US, her and vendors in Italy) no problem.
More than all of the wonderful things above, Serena and Klajdi were genuinely so caring and attentive through the process, and they're both so warm and great to be around. They made us feel comfortable throughout the process, are super funny with their banter as a duo, and truly went above and beyond what we were expecting.
