We had the pleasure of working with Emanuella from Kreativa Eventi for a wedding at Fontanafredda, and it was such a wonderful experience.
Everything was perfectly organized, and the whole day felt so effortless and beautiful.
Emanuella made sure every detail came together seamlessly, which allowed us to fully focus on capturing the couple’s story. Truly a joy to work with!

Emanuela è stata sin da subito “amore a prima vista”. È stata capace di entrare così in empatia con noi che ormai tutto ciò che pensavamo, lo pensava anche lei e tutto ciò che scartavamo, già lei lo aveva scartato…i suoi preziosi consigli, sempre di una sincerità disarmante, ci hanno permesso di creare qualcosa di magico e che ancora oggi tutti i nostri invitati, compresi noi, ricordiamo con occhi lucidi e pieni d’amore.

Our dream come true wedding was planned to utter perfection all because to this superstar woman! Who might I add is just the sweetest soul and simply wonderful to deal with, which made even the most mundane elements exciting to discuss.
There was no detail missed and everything we asked for she genuinely excelled every expectation! A literal Pinterest board come to life wedding.
Not only would our wedding not been the same without her, but the whole weekend would not have been as magical as it was.
The night before & the day two we had ideas of what we wanted & dealing with the glorious Emanuella, she planned both of these events with as much detailing as she did our wedding day - once again exceeding all expectations!
Even on the wedding day there was nothing too big or small she couldn’t do, aswell as ensuring every aspect of the day all was going smoothly - all the while with a big smile on her face.
There is truly not enough words to describe how unbelievably grateful & lucky we were to have her as our Wedding Planner.

We had the pleasure of working with Emanuela from Kreativa Eventi to plan our 3-day wedding weekend in Valpolicella in 2024 and can't recommend her highly enough! From the very beginning, she was very attentive, organized, and truly understood our vision for the wedding. As the wedding was an international destination wedding, planning took a lot of effort but Emanuela handled it very professionally and was always there to help - 24/7. She also helped us organize pre-wedding trips to the region for food & drinks tasting, make-up/hair trial and meeting other vendors. Additionally, as the wedding venue did not have on-site accommodation, she kindly offered her support in finding the most amazing accommodation options for us and the guests.
On the wedding weekend, everything worked smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration without any stress. Emanuela managed the vendors and timeline amazingly to guarantee an incredible wedding experience to us and our c.75 guests. Every detail was meticulously planned and her expertise helped turn our our ideas into a reality that more than exceeded our expectations.

We appreciated so many things about you... your candor, first and foremost, which in moments like these during the preparation, when it's easy to get lost in so many thoughts, keeps you grounded and makes things work... you never mince words, but always made us aware of the situation so that there were no surprises in store.
Then, your professionalism, which up until the day of our event was praised by all our guests and families; We'd also like to express our personal thanks. Un sogno (che nemmeno sapevamo di avere) realizzato.
Possiamo solo descrivere in questo modo l’evento realizzato da Kreativa Eventi.
Abbiamo conosciuto Emanuela dopo aver avviato i progetti per il nostro matrimonio. Inizialmente non pensavamo nella maniera più assoluta ad assumere un planner, la sensazione era che il coinvolgimento così diretto di un estraneo nell’organizzazione di un evento tanto importante potesse in qualche modo togliere magia allo stesso.
In seguito ad eventi lavorativi particolari e alla comprensione di quanto impegno richiedesse la progettazione di un evento di questo tipo, abbiamo deciso di metterci alla ricerca di una persona che potesse aiutarci. Confermato con il senno di poi che si è rivelata scelta indispensabile: se prima del Covid il settore wedding era noto come una giungla, oggi è una bolgia!
Abbiamo incontrato molti validi professionisti ma nessuno ci ha lasciato un senso di sicurezza nemmeno paragonabile a quello trasmessoci da Emanuela. Ci ha colpito positivamente già dal primo colloquio, nel quale ovviamente altro non puoi fare che affidarti alla sensazione a pelle, e non potevamo fare scelta migliore!
Premettendo che non vedevamo il matrimonio (o almeno l'evento/festa ad esso legato) come strettamente necessario tra i progetti di vita, e provavamo anzi una certa repulsione verso qualsiasi tipo di fronzolo. Non desideravamo un evento classico o scontato e al tempo stesso non trovavamo nulla che ci suscitasse interesse nei dettagli visti in quelli altrui sia dal vivo che nei social o fiere del settore ecc..
Emanuela è riuscita a realizzare un matrimonio tema Harry Potter/Hogwarts. Un tema non facile ma che è riuscita ad amalgamare bene, mantenendolo di sottofondo ma ben intuibile, senza essere invasivo e senza minimamente intaccare l'eleganza dell'insieme! Questo ha stupito ed emozionato tutti i nostri invitati.
E' stata fondamentale nella gestione del budget: dove assolutamente direzionarlo e dove assolutamente no.
Vitale nella scelta dei fornitori. Sceglieteli con lei!!! I pochissimi che avevamo contattato prima di assumerla sono stati cassati perché ci stavano per combinare un disastro! Emanuela collabora con molteplici fornitori per tutti i gusti, fidelizzati da anni con lei (il che si traduce in rapporti qualità-prezzo eccellenti) e che si sono inoltre rivelati persone di cuore e meravigliose. Non abbiamo parole per descrivere il momento abbiamo visto la tavolata imperiale; semplicemente ci siamo guardati negli occhi e ci siamo chiesti se fosse davvero il nostro matrimonio. La cura nei dettagli è stata impeccabile in ogni aspetto e i nostri invitati ci hanno più volte detto di non aver mai partecipato ad un evento simile. La gioia più grande è stata vedere che nessuno voleva smettere di fare festa e doversi far spegnere la musica perché la serata era finita.
Emanuela non è solo un’organizzatrice impeccabile, attenta ad ogni dettaglio, nonché un vero e proprio direttore d’orchestra, ma è soprattutto una persona meravigliosa e di carattere. Ci ha aiutati e sostenuti anche nei momenti di sconforto per gli imprevisti che inevitabilmente si possono verificare essendo capace anche di metterci in riga quando necessario riportandoci sulla corretta via di pensiero. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo questo suo lato, indice di integrità ed estrema correttezza morale.
Insomma, cari sposini, non ve lo nascondiamo: sarà un'avventura tosta, gli imprevisti e i momenti duri inevitabilmente si verificheranno, ma avere qualcuno accanto che li risolve al posto tuo a nostro avviso non ha prezzo. Con Emanuela quel giorno varrà ogni sforzo affrontato. E.. avete presente quando altri già sposati vi dicono "no ma alla fine il tuo non te lo godi neanche"? Ecco. Noi il nostro ce lo siamo goduto del primo all'ultimo momento. Questo fa Emanuela.
