Fr om the first call to the final goodbye, they made planning our destination wedding from New York feel effortless, personal, and exciting.

Our celebration began with a beautiful welcome party at Cascina San Zago, wh ere tradition met elegance in the most perfect way. It was the perfect start to an unforgettable weekend. The real fairytale unfolded on our wedding day. We said “I do” in the charming Chiesa Parrocchiale di Sant’Andrea Apostolo in Toscolano Maderno, then whisked our guests away by boat across the shimmering lake to Isola del Garda—a once-in-a-lifetime setting that felt like something out of a dream.

Veronica and Federica handled every single detail—from vendors to logistics—with grace, precision, and creativity. They worked seamlessly with an outstanding team that brought everything to life.

Everything was thoughtful, elevated, and full of emotion. Our guests still tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever seen—something out of a storybook. And it truly was.

A small wedding in a beautiful location was all we wanted but Veronica made it so much more! Veronica and Federica were absolute angels! They helped us start to finish with our elopement wedding. Where most planners will not even look at you unless you plan on spending a certain amount, they worked with us within our budget and made excellent recommendations. They also helped with cultural differences and expectations, which made everything all the more enjoyable.
Considering our work schedules, they also had the patience of nuns with waiting for our email responses and still managed to keep us on track. Amiable, excellent at what they do, we couldn’t have asked for a better team!

After visiting Malcesine in Lake Garda several times before, I had what seemed like an impossible fantasy of a magical wedding in its beautiful castle. However, after being put in touch with Veronica through the Italian Wedding Company, I knew that impossible fantasy could be made a reality! After only a few emails in which Veronica outlined how my perfect day may look, I knew I didn't need to contact any other wedding planners. I knew I would be in safe hands! Throughout the entire planning process, Veronica made everything feel stress free! Being a perfectionist myself, I was worried about how many 'bridezilla' moments I may have along the way. However, I can truly say that I never needed to have any of those moments as Veronica took all of the stress out of the planning; mainly because I knew I could put all my trust into her. When we met in Lake Garda the year before the big day I was even more reassured as her warmth and kindness shines through into everything she does. We spent hours discussing every detail of the wedding and it was so lovely to get to know her on more of a personal level as well. Planning a wedding in your home country can be overwhelming but planning one in a country in which you cannot even speak the language can seem like an impossible task. Veronica guided me through each step of the process, meticulously thinking of every detail, often checking and re-checking with vendors to ensure the day went smoothly. Veronica guided me through the process of how to organise the legal documents and even hand-delivered important documents to the necessary people. Veronica was always very quick to respond to reply to emails, WhatsApp messages and organising Skype calls. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she never made you feel like you couldn't share your doubts or worries. On the morning of the wedding, Veronica was there bright and early to reassure me that everything was organised. Because of this, I was able to have a stress-free wedding morning, enjoying getting ready with my bridesmaids. Even though I was late leaving the hotel, Veronica made sure that the whole day ran like clockwork! Throughout the whole day you knew she was there, waiting in the wings, to ensure that everything was just perfect for you! Veronica had arranged the most beautiful flowers to decorate both the castle for my ceremony and the table at the restaurant. She had also thought of the smallest details such as having fans and parasols to make our guests more comfortable during the day. The boat trip that she had arranged after the ceremony, where we sipped wine and listened to music in the sunshine on Lake Garda was truly one of those of 'wow' moments that I will never forget! The reception set-up was a sight to behold, with small details such as the sage green ribbons on the wedding favours matching my bridesmaid dresses. She truly had thought of everything! The food was to die for and our wedding cake was honestly the best I have ever tasted. Our guests still reminisce about how delicious our food was! It was so special to be able to see all of our emails, messages and calls come to life and I could tell that it meant the world to her that I was beyond happy with the result. It was also a lovely moment when I dragged Veronica onto the dance floor for a couple of songs to let her hair down! Our wedding day was everything I had hoped for and more!! We have such special memories to last a lifetime and I don't think I will ever stop looking at the photographs. It’s hard to believe it’s been three years since our wedding. Every time we attend someone else’s big day, we’re reminded of just how lucky we were to have had this incredible team to work with. While so many people talk about how stressful wedding planning can be, our experience was genuinely fun and completely stress free.

Veronica deals with love, and I think it's a beautiful job because it has to do with couples who love each other and who decide to join in marriage. But I also think it's a very difficult job, because everyone expects their wedding day to be perfect. We wanted our wedding day to be perfect, we had really high expectations but Veronica managed to exceed our expectations! Everything was incredible, nothing left to chance, he was able to organize in detail the whole lineup of the day. We will have a beautiful memory of our wedding also thanks to its work!
