Rossana and her team were absolutely incredible to work with. She was relentless in finding the best vendors and solutions, had impeccable attention to detail, and was extremely communicative—she answered every message right away and kept us informed through every step. Planning a destination wedding in Italy on July 29, 2024, could have been overwhelming, but she made it seamless. From coordinating with local vendors to handling the logistics of hosting our guests abroad, she anticipated every need before we even thought of it. Her organization and professionalism allowed us to truly enjoy the experience and focus on the celebration. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in bringing our vision to life!

Here we are, back to reality, after our fairytale wedding in Ravello overlooking the Amalfi Coast… we are incredibly grateful.

Our wedding day was unforgettable. Each moment more magical than the next, you and your team made sure that everything went smoothly from A-Z. When working with you, I knew I was in experienced and skilled hands, but I still felt like I was speaking to family, who cared about us and our wedding day as much as we do. It was the absolute perfect balance and we could not have asked for more.

From the strong vendor recommendations, to the day-of coordination, the organized ongoing communication, the execution of absolutely everything… every part of this experience was wonderful yet professional. Even during the occasional (and unavoidable hiccup), you are calm and collected, and ready to resolve it. Rossana, you are a LIFE SAVER!!!!

We have been back in Dubai for just over a week now and unfortunately we have come back to reality.
We would both like to thank the two of you for the wedding. It was a hell of a weekend. Neither of us could have imagined it all coming together the way it did even though we, and especially Nadine, was involved in the organisation of it all with the two of you. The welcome drinks at il barrino and the pool party the day after worked out great and the venue on the wedding day looked amazing from beginning to end. You were definitely correct with the dancing by the pool. It was more than we could have imagined and we would like to thank the both of you for all your help and guidance.
I am sure you will both be busy for the rest of the summer with many other weddings so we wish you the best of luck until the end of the season, and hopefully a welcomed break when winter arrives.

Hello from gorgeous Sorrento!! It’s beautiful and warm here, and we’ve spent 99% of our time chatting together about the wedding and reliving all the memories whilst eating seafood and drinking and more wine! It was without a doubt the most amazing weekend of our lives. THANK YOU! You guys were so brilliant over the weekend and made sure it all went off without a hitch. Your passion, commitment, attention to detail and amazing personalities are all to be admired. We can’t thank you enough for all that you did for us. As we said before, there is no way we could have done it without you. We would have certainly needed to learn some more Italian, that’s for sure!

So many our guests, friends and family have said it was the best wedding they have ever been to, and we all want to do it again.

Such a pleasure to deal with all of you over the last year, but Rossana a very extra special thanks goes to you. You are an exceptional planner and truly fantastic person! Thank you for all your hard work and always going the extra mile.

We like to plan things ahead, so we had 1.5yrs to organize the wedding. So much time could have been a blessing or a curse, but it worked out very well. And Rossana and her team’s contribution to it was truly tremendous.

First, as we were living far away from Italy (Dubai, then the US), we quickly realized that hiring a local wedding planner was crucial to help us realize our dream wedding. Doing our due diligence (as management consultants always do), we found Rossana to be the most responsive and enthusiastic about our project from the beginning. Even before any contract was signed, after only a couple of Skype calls, we had our 1-day itinerary ready to visit 7 venues around Florence!

One could have expected this level of energy and dedication to lower down once the contract was signed, but this was not the case. She seemed very professional and objective-driven, which was a perfect match for us, as we are both used to manage projects in our job. Given my wife’s personality, she was very hands-on when organizing the wedding and I can foresee how this could have been an issue with other wedding planners (who may be used to have more autonomy in choosing vendors, for example) but it worked very well with Rossana and her team.

Thanks again for your patience in responding to the over 2 thousand emails we exchanged (+ countless whatsapps)!

Also, all along the organization phase, Rossana and her team were responsive to our queries, keeping the momentum high, in spite of the long duration of the planning.
They were also going the extra-mile, doing many things not written in the formal contract, as for example contacting the local churches or organizing a family dinner the day before the wedding. Supporting us with the churches was really helpful to keep the stress level low (as much as possible) in spite of the opacity of the process with local religious authorities.

Finally, on D-day, Rossana and her team were extremely helpful both for us (as we didn’t have to worry about anything and could fully enjoy the day, and even have a little time for some food during the cocktail, which apparently is unusual for newly-wed couples!) and for the guests (many of them gave us great feedback on Rossana’s team presence on the ground, especially as she is fluent in French and English, so she could sort out questions for all nationalities attending our wedding!). More impressive is that, in spite of keeping everything well under-control, including schedule-wise, their presence was very discrete, which was super appreciated too. We believe this balance between control and discreteness is pretty hard to find, so really well done!

In a nutshell, we would strongly and warmly recommend Rossana and her team if you are looking to organize the perfect wedding in Italy. In addition of being a great professional in her field, she is also a super nice person to work with, and we could feel she was doing anything possible (in and out of contract) to make this day the best of our life.

Dearest Rossana! We can’t thank you and your team enough for everything you have done. You have made the whole experience easy and stress free from day one! We had the best day of our lives, everything was organised perfectly, even the weather and the day went without a hitch. All our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been too and that is all thanks to you and your team, thank you for all your guidance and recommendations.

We would do it all over again tomorrow!!

Wow – what a fairytale! Rossana and her team made our dreams come true, and we couldn’t be more happy with our experience! They were there every step of the way – Skype video calls, phone calls, emails every hour of the day, etc.

Since we live in the United States, we relied on her expertise, recommendations of style and vendors, and other helpful suggestions. We were initially drawn to picking Rossana’s team because she connected with us on a personal level, had great energy and eye for detail, and her experience of wedding planning.
