From day one, she immediately understood what would reflect our personalities: she told us the location we would choose before even inspecting the venue, and so it was. Only someone like Monica—professional, attentive, passionate, and deeply human—could accompany us on such a delicate and important journey. She respected our time, our balance, and conveyed calm and security when we needed it most. After deciding to have an international wedding in Italy, I started researching planners. From the moment I discovered Monica on Instagram, I knew she was the perfect fit for planning our wedding. Over the course of a year, Monica, along with Gioia and the rest of the team, made the entire planning process seamless and joyful.
We communicated primarily through WhatsApp and had monthly planning calls on Google Meet at the start. As the wedding day approached, our communication became more frequent and casual. Monica’s attention to detail and vast network of connections helped us save thousands of dollars and brought us incredible vendor recommendations that perfectly matched our vision and budget.
Monica’s sense of humor and warmth made the process fun and stress-free. Even when I was not the best at responding promptly, Monica always brought humor to the table, making me feel at ease. Our wedding, an intimate gathering of just 30 people, turned out to be magical. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, and Monica ensured everything ran smoothly, even with the unique challenges of a brand-new venue.
The week before the wedding, I spent time working alongside Monica in Rome and it brought me so much peace and laughter. She took time to show me around Rome, took me to lunch, and invited me to work in the showroom with her.
On the day of, Monica was a warm and calming presence who executed with precision. Anytime I needed something she made it happen without hesitation. She celebrated alongside my friends and family and ensured everyone’s needs were met.

I organized my wedding with Monica in a particularly logistically complex location: Bracciano Castle. From the very first moment, she was there, always available (day and night), and open to discussion. She listened to all our requests and turned them into a unique event, far more unique, special, and beautiful than we could have hoped. Not only were the organization, the suppliers, and the advice invaluable, but so was her presence throughout the event: her ability to coordinate and pace everything, not least her ability to throw a noteworthy party.
A special mention goes to her ability to convey serenity throughout the entire planning process. My husband and I enjoyed this year like never before, and organizing the wedding was a joyful and fun endeavor.
If I could do it again, I would choose her a hundred, a thousand times over; she gave me a wonderful year and event.
