15 years Look at the ordinary in an extraordinary way is what fascinates me, where I find inspiration. An innate predisposition but also a great job, that made me more and more imperfect and out of the scheme. I founded Le Rêve in 2010 promising myself that no challenge would have been too big and no detail too small, that I wouldn’t never fall in the rhetoric and into banality, that I wouldn’t let myself overwhelm. I forced my eyes not to be easily fooled just by the appearence and, above all, I never stopped to “stealing” with my eyes and in respectful silence from those who know more than me, because every day is a good one to learn something new. No one has ever totally arrived in this job, and if you stop being curious you’ll stop. This is a creative world made of feelings and passions, of colours and perfumes, of dedication and perseverance, but more than anything else is made of people, which we often forget, in work and in life. We sell what we are and what we have learned, so in this small description of me not dwell on how important it is to create the event you want, meet your dream and make it real: this is and remains a certainty. Writing about ourselves is tricky so this time I use the words of a special bride who, in a nice message after her wedding, has enclosed in a simple sentence her thought of me: “my wedding planner is different”, and I’m proud of it.

Elisa is the absolute best!
We decided we wanted to get married in Rome soon after we got engaged as it is our favorite city. We live in LA and had no idea where to begin - we started looking at venues and planners on Instagram and found Eventi Le Reve as we loved their work. We reached out and immediately received a warm response - from our first call Elisa was super friendly and open, and after our conversation we felt really reassured and confident that planning a wedding in Rome in less than a year would be easy with her guidance! We were really impressed by Elisa’s professionalism and within the first few months of planning we’d managed to secure all of the vendors that were our first choices! Elisa has great relationships with the whole team we selected which made the process super straightforward. She has a great knowledge of local vendors and offered really helpful opinions and advice as we made these decisions - looking back, I don’t think we could have selected a better team! We visited Rome before the wedding and finally got to meet Elisa in person - though it felt like we were already friends from our messages and video calls. She was enormously helpful in organizing our venue visits, food sampling, and answering all of our many questions! As the wedding date approached we were so appreciative of Elisa’s advice and support, and by the time we arrived in Rome for our wedding weekend we had no worries and were simply excited to celebrate. Elisa and her team were awesome through all of our wedding events and everything went so smoothly. Looking back, our wedding day was so much more spectacular than we could have ever imagined and this is all thanks to Elisa and her team - we only hope that they had as much fun as we did!!

Working with Elisa was extremely helpful in my planning process. I am NY based but given our wedding was in Rome, I knew I needed someone on the ground to help me source vendors and who knew everything. She came prepared with many professional and high quality vendors. She helped guide me based on how I described my vision for what I wanted. She helped me figure out where I should spend more or where I could cut back on budget that was not necessary based on her prior experience. She had excellent taste and was very helpful throughout my planning process.
Elisa is the experienced eye you want locally on the ground to help you curate the Italian wedding of your dreams! Being based in NYC, I needed a local wedding planner who knew the top vendors and could make recommendations based on my style and preferences. She secured a magnificent church for our date, recommended 2-3 photographers, florists, and caterers for us to choose from. On the day of, I didn't worry about a thing!
As soon as we booked our venue in Rome, they recommended several planners of which Le Reve was the clear winner. I could not imagine going through this process without Elisa. She is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and organized…AND she’s an absolute joy to work with. My husband and I got married in September and Le Reve made our dream come to life. The period leading to the wedding felt like a sweet anticipation and not stress, as Elisa was taking care of everything. Upon our first encounter, Elisa read us as a couple, vision and aesthetic and offered us only appropriate vendors. She negotiated on our behalf, thought about every detail so we didn’t have to, was always cordial, correct and kind. Our wedding was a beautiful event with friends and family in Rome which we will cherish forever. We consider Elisa more than a planner but now a dear friend.
Elisa is an absolute professional with some of the BEST contacts in Rome. We got married at Sant' Ignazio di Loyola and held our reception at The St. Regis Rome. It was a fairy tale experience. Elisa is absolutely amazing!! Our wedding was in Italy in Sept 2023. We live in Ireland but communication with Elisa was always quick and easy. She is incredibly talented, stylish and experienced at her job. Nothing is a problem for her. She has some superb contacts and we trusted her entirely with her recommendations for vendors. It was clear from her relationship with the vendors that she is very well respected in the industry. When it came to the actual day itself, Elisa and her team exceeded our expectations. The Le Reve team were so discrete, we barely knew they were there. Everything ran so smoothly and any problem was sorted quickly and without any fuss. Elisa was SO calm!! We had the most amazing day. We had our dream wedding in Rome this past July at villa Miani and it would not have been possible without Elisa’s patience, calmness, and knowledge. We live in london and the states. From the beginning Elisa did not pressure on us and even drove me 1-2 hours outside of Rome for visits more than once- before we signed with her. This was very appreciated and her non-pressure friend-like approach is probably what made a destination wedding possible for us because we were very nervous about the prospect going into it. She made it feel approachable. During the process, Elisa was essential for communicating with the vendors and guiding us through everything. Her advise was essential and we trusted her judgment of things which saved us a lot of time and research in many cases. She was also very helpful with understanding our vision to lead us to the right vendors. She handled things when it became too much for us, she was a therapist at times (!), and very important for me is that she also gave us space to control the things we wanted to control. This was a very good balance. We needed a planner that was flexible with us because we changed our minds many times and were rather controlling with all of the vendors, and very hands on! Elisa supported us with everything. She was very responsive and always available for zoom calls. We walked away with a wedding that we couldn’t even have dreamed of, and a friend in Elisa!
Where do I begin about Elisa? She is simply amazing at what she does. I remember the first time we travelled from the UK to meet her and we knew instantly she would be perfect as our wedding planner, as her knowledge of the industry is unparalleled. She patiently showed us around all the locations we wanted and provided all the information we required to decide a venue. We decided with Villa Miani for the wedding and Hotel Locarno for the welcome party. We booked our wedding for June 2021, but due to the travel restrictions postponed it until June 2022. Throughout the 2 years planning we must have visited her at least 5 times and each time was like greeting a friend.
