The moment that I had my first call with Sara Saba I knew she was going to be our wedding planner. We hit it off immediately and something in my gut told me and I’m so glad we went with Sara.
Sara is so meticulous and easy to work with. She is very patient with us and made sure we were taken care of. There was not one instance that I felt rushed or not heard. We had a beautiful wedding that the folks at SposiamoVi made much easier than we expected it to be. They were efficient with their time and ours, they were attentive to all of our needs, and they were the utmost professional group of individuals we've ever had the pleasure with of working with. Their attention to detail was unlike anything we had ever seen and they truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of our special day. We loved the Christmas gift we got during the first year of planning with them, it was so thoughtful! The most memorable part of our day was of course the ceremony but also seeing all the elements we put together brought to life by SposiamoVi. We truly had no words and neither did our guests, we were all stunned by it all. We would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in Italy, especially as foreigners. Vanessa and her team were a godsend, we were so glad we had this team on our side to make our dream come true.

My husband and I are a New York couple who just had our wedding in Tuscany in September 2024. Michelle from wedding planners / sposiamovi was so amazing during the process but what really blew me away was seeing her in action on our wedding day / welcome party. Everything was so seamless despite having to move both events indoors due to the rain. Having to navigate poor weather can really have a damaging effect on the wedding day if you don’t have the right team and Michelle was just **chefs kiss**. Everything was amazing and beyond what we could have imagined. Michelle thought of truly everything, even running to purchase 100 blankets the day before the welcome party to make sure our guests weren’t cold. Also if you are on the fence about hiring a bridal assistant for the day of it is absolutely worth the investment! I can’t recommend IWP enough, we will always cherish Michelle and her team!

We planned our wedding on the Amalfi Coast with Anna. She was the best thing that could have happened to us! We chose her and SposiamoVi because she was super responsive at initial contact and scheduled a video call with us to get to know each other and feel the chemistry. We instantly liked her for her honesty, transparency and professionalism. And over the year of planning we grew to love Anna! She carefully listened to our wishes and ideas and still helped us when we were insecure or stuck. She is always responsive and adapts to changes quickly. The wedding came together perfectly and the best part: normally when I (the bride) host at home I am a bit nervous or stressed that everything works out and everybody is happy. Not on this big day - I was totally calm and relaxed the whole day because I trusted Anna 100%. Every inch and every detail was perfect and absolutely dreamy. Nothing we would have changed!

I live in Hong Kong and wanted to create my dream wedding at Villa Cimbrone, Ravello. I interviewed 11 wedding planners who take Amalfi wedding projects, and my instict told me Anna was the one who could deliver my standards with her initial responsiveness, content of her replies toward my questions and also after spending 3 days together venue scouting. Anna and the team tried their best to understand my wedding esthetics and discuss options with me based on the my wedding concepts and budgets. Her exceptional work and dedication that put into planning my dream wedding is highly recognized.

We greatly enjoyed working with Valentina. Throughout our 9 months of planning our wedding with Valentina, the attention to detail and responsiveness really affirmed that we made the best possible decision. She understood our priorities, and took the time to get to know us through countless video calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. Additionally during our scouting trip she made us feel very prioritized, spending nearly a week with us at multiple site visits across Italy.
Working with SposiamoVi made us feel like we had a huge number of resources at our disposal. Their connections to vendors is unmatched, which basically means they can resolve any situation and make any creative vision a reality. Valentina also had a great enthusiasm towards working with our preferred vendors and establishing new relationships. This enthusiasm carried over into the project and the final results. For example, she arranged guests’ booking for hair and makeup appointments, found nannies for some of our guests, and helped to arrange car transfers and many other logistical tasks. When my family’s luggage was delayed 3 days before the wedding, Sposiamovi was quick to help schedule last minute tuxedo rental appointments.
