My husband and I knew we wanted to get married in Italy. Start the search for a wedding planner to help us plan the weekend of our dreams.
Valentina and her team are phenomenal - from start to finish they were helpful, informative, guided us along the way and answered all our questions. We decided on Borgo Di Castlvecchio such a beautiful venue with some amazing people running it. Truly the weekend of dreams, it was an absolute vibe.
The day of the wedding there was a two hour storm and Valentina and her team troubleshooted multiple plans to make sure we were happy and all kept to our timeline. All in all we had such a memorable weekend with our friends and family.
Thank you to Vale and her team for making it happen - and all our wonderful suppliers.

Petit Bouquet was the best wedding planning team a couple could wish for. We scoped three top wedding planners in Italy and Valentina was by far the most responsive, the most organized, and she listened to our ideas versus pushing us to buy services that were self-serving. There are so many details and nuances that are required to get married in the beautiful country of Italy and Petit Bouquet patiently guided us along the way. Once the day arrived we were able to focus on our family and friends because the Petit Bouquet team was on the ground managing every logistic for us and from our guests. Also, their vendor relationships are top-notch. It was critical for us to select services that were fair in pricing and reliable. Valentina provided vendor options that kept us on budget and provided quality, beautiful products and services. We received so many compliments our guests in regards to the accommodations, floral arrangements, food, musicians, etc. Our day was special on so many levels and in large part because of this team and we will be forever grateful.

They didn’t just understand our vision—they embraced it and brought it to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined. Every single detail was thoughtfully handled, allowing us to truly soak in and enjoy every moment of our wedding weekend without a single ounce of stress. It was pure magic.

We can’t recommend Valentina and her team highly enough to any couple dreaming of a beautiful, seamless wedding. They worked tirelessly within our budget, always finding creative, practical solutions to make everything possible. The communication was flawless—smooth, easy, and they were incredibly responsive every step of the way.

To all the brides and grooms who think they can handle it all on their own: trust us, it’s just not the same. When you’re bogged down with all the details, you lose sight of the joy, and in the end, it often costs you more. Valentina and her team took that weight off our shoulders and gave us the gift of enjoying our special day to the fullest.

I searched for a good local wedding planner for a long time before finding Valentina. What I loved about her is first her personality and although I only met her online at this time, I knew she was an amazing person who was able to create a beautiful wedding! She knew all the places that I told her in the beginning (compared to some other “local” planners who had no idea about their own country), she was suggesting me so many different places for the wedding that we can choose of. Also she made my dream come true- to get married in San Galgano Abbey which 7 months prior the date of the wedding is almost impossible to do. I would recommend her 100 times if I could! Our wedding day was unforgettable and so so magical thanks to Petite Bouquet Wedding. Grazie mille, Vale, per tutto!

Ciao ragazzi, thanks for these unforgettable words. It was a beautiful journey that we built together. It was wonderful to meet you and plan your Tuscan weekend in the beautiful Val d'Orcia. Unfortunately the weather did not help us on the wedding day, but we did everything we could to give you the most beautiful experience possible at every moment of the day. Valentina and her team helped us put together our dream wedding. As an Italian who lives abroad with a busy job, I wanted someone to recommend and liaise with vendors, as well as coordination on the wedding day itself. My husband and I really felt this in the two weeks before the wedding when we were able to relax and enjoy the build up. The wedding itself was exactly as we’d imagined and the vendors PB work with are professional and of excellent standard. Grazie Vale, sei veramente un tesoro!

Vivant en France, organiser notre mariage en Italie était un vrai défi pour nous. Nous avions trouvé le lieu de notre côté mais étions bloqués sur les prestataires.

Après avoir contacté et échangé avec Valentina nous avons su que nous avions besoin d’elle.
Grâce à Valentina, son équipe et les incroyables prestataires cette journée a été un rêve (c’est avec beaucoup d’émotions que nous écrivons ces mots).

Dès le début nous avons sereinement vécu l’organisation, nous laissant porter par le timing et le calendrier de Petit Bouquet (nous avons fait confiance à leur expérience). Nous nous sommes sentis accompagnés à chacune de nos questions avec réactivité (parfois même à des heures tardives).

Tous les prestataires proposés étaient de grande qualité et nous avons pu faire notre choix avec les recommandations et avis de Valentina (elle a su nous guider dans nos doutes).

Nous avions fait le choix d’un mariage civil et grâce à Valentina et Isabella (merci encore pour tout), tout a été parfaitement organisé avec la mairie. Au delà du jour J, Valentina et son équipe ont fait le lien pour que la veille et le lendemain soient tout aussi parfaits.

Le jour J a été merveilleux. Nous nous sommes totalement laissés porter par Valentina et sa dream team et avons profité pleinement de la journée.

L’organisation était millimétrée, la décoration raffinée, l’ambiance comme nous souhaitions et la nourriture incroyable (à l’unanimité de nos invités).
Grâce à vous nous avons eu notre mariage rêvé.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander Valentina et l’équipe Petit Bouquet, une équipe remplie de douceur, de passion et de professionnalisme.

Valentina ci ha seguiti lungo tutto il percorso di organizzazione del matrimonio con cura e attenzione per i dettagli, accompagnandoci con consigli sempre utili e mai invadenti. Inutile dire che l’evento è stato magnifico, grazie a lei e alle sue collaboratrici ogni cosa è filata liscia ricevendo i complimenti di tutti. I fornitori da lei consigliati hanno dimostrato grande umanità e professionalità come d’altronde lei stessa.

My husband and I are originally from
the states and we chose a Tuscan wedding about a year and a half in advance. Valentina and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with! It’s extremely hard to stay “chill” while planning an overseas wedding where there is a language barrier but Valentina and her team managed to ease my nerves!! They did a full service wedding for us and it went SO smoothly!! We are so happy and blessed to have been able to work with them. Our day turned out perfect. I would recommend any US bride who wants an Italian wedding to use Petit Bouquet :)
