14 years I am Thomas Dal Zotto and I was born in 1973 in Veneto, a region that I will leave very soon to live multiple experiences both in Italy and abroad. Traveling is "my first love", and it is from here that I draw inspiration for my work. With over 15 years of experience in organizing events, I like to interpret the desires of others, listen to and memorize emotions and give them body, giving vent to my creative abilities. But my secret lies in my innate ability to "always keep my feet on the ground" by committing myself to live up to expectations. Thomas ha saputo con tanta maestria capire il tipo di ceremonia che desideravamo, l'atmosfera che volevamo creare e ha curato tutto nei minimi particolari. Ci ha dato tanti consigli - anche su tanti dettagli - che hanno reso la festa indimentimenticabile ed eccezionale. Dopo averci proposto diverse opzioni, Thomas Dal Zotto ha curato, insieme a noi, la selezione della location, del catering e del menu, dei barristi, delle decoratrici e dei fiorai, dei fotografi/videasti, dei musicisti per la ceremonia, la band per l'aperitivo e il DJ per la serata, l'azienda per lo spettacolo pirotecnico, l'azienda per il trasporto e transfer degli ospitti dagli hotels/agriturismi verso la villa il giorno del matrimonio e i giorni precedenti per le attività culturali. Ha anche selezionato e convenzionato degli hotel/agriturismi per gli ospiti... Ha sempre cercato - e ottenuto - il meglio del meglio, rispettando il budget stabilito. Va anche detto che visto la maggior parte dei nostri ospiti venivano dall'estero, Thomas Dal Zotto ha anche organizzato oltre alla festa, diverse attività culturali durante le 2 giornate prima del matrimonio, gestendo con efficienza e discrezione tutti gli aspetti logistici (trasporti, selezione di guide, prenotazioni biglietti, etc... visita dell'Isola del Garda, Tour guidato di Verona, Privatizzazione del Grand Relais Gentleman di Verona per un aperitivo prima dell'opera, Opera CArmen in Arena a Verona, etc...

Thomas si è rilevato fin dal primo giorno una figura indispensabile per la buona riuscita di questo evento, prendendosi su di se responsabilità organizzative con grande professionalità, capendo fin da subito i miei gusti e le mie esigenze, tranquillizzandomi anche nei momenti d'emergenza peggiori come il dover cambiare la location prestabilita a 15 giorni dall'evento. La sua disponibilità fin dall'inizio è stata evidente, e a pochi giorni dal matrimonio ha praticamente vissuto in simbiosi con me senza mai prendersi un momento di pausa come il matrimonio fosse il proprio.
Per mesi mi sono preparata ad ogni evenienza per la notte del mio matrimonio, tutti mi hanno sempre detto che qualche imprevisto succedere sempre, ma posso dire con entusiasmo che Thomas ha fatto si che tutto fosse perfetto, non un imprevisto, un ritardo o un allestimento fuori posto, quella notte ovunque mi girassi c'era lui che dava direttive e si dava da fare lasciandoci liberi di goderci la nostra festa senza mai doverci preoccupare di nessun dettaglio.
Il nostro matrimonio é stato splendido e tutti i nostri amici e parenti ne hanno parlato con entusiasmo anche a settimane di distanza. Se ora potessi cambiare qualcosa sarebbe il tornare indietro per assumere Say I do Wedding il giorno dopo del fidanzamento!
