Elena, you were the glue that held everything together and created the perfect experience from the boat ride, to the welcome dinner, the rehearsal dinner and the actual wedding. You are so very skilled and were wonderful to work with!
Hiring Elena to be our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our entire wedding. Her knowledge of the area and of the wedding market in Lake Como was instrumental to us given that we live outside of the country. It was easy to trust her with all of the logistics, and there was no moment in working with her that I felt stress or pressured. Having her as our planner truly allowed me to enjoy many other parts of the wedding process. Our wedding day ran incredibly smooth and her team was extremely attentive and professional every step of the way. We have gotten endless compliments on the flow and structure of the wedding and she made that happen & so much more!
Elena made our vision come to life and helped us create magical and fun memories with our friends and families. We had the utmost trust in her timeless/elegant style and ability to know exactly what we wanted and keep it a priority. Most of all, she knew when to engage us and focus our attention vs. where to keep things moving without our involvement.
We both work in client services and appreciated being on the other side with a partner who was responsive to our needs and well-versed in the area and venue. She used our venue incredibly well, taking us and our guests through a journey fr om the boat arrival, to the ceremony space, cocktail hour in the garden, and a well-timed dinner between courses/toasts/tenors.
From our first meeting, we set clear expectations wh ere we wanted to invest our budget vs. nice-to-haves -- she provided strategic recommendations and helped us be smart on what to re-purpose between our spaces. Most importantly, Elena's candor on vendor recommendations and necessity of trials helped alleviate any concerns we had by missing any menu tastings or extra trips to Italy just months before our wedding. That said, I would take up Elena's offer to meet at least once in person prior to your event so that she can get to know you as a couple and take that intel into her planning -- getting a sense of your style, personal preferences, priorities, and your overall dynamic.
Elena went above and beyond not just for us as the couple but also our guests leading up and even days after our wedding. I couldn't recommend Elena enough, we honestly couldn't have pulled off an event in another country with our busy schedules without her. Grazie mille, again!

I cannot recommend Elena enough. She planned three days of events for my wedding weekend culminating with a 110 person wedding at the Villa d'Este. Through the whole process, Elena was communicative, honest, relaxed and fun. Because of Elena - planning a Lake Como wedding from LA was a breeze: I showed Elena a few Pinterest pins, told her my vision, and Elena executed all of the work and gave me my fairytale wedding. I met Elena for the first time in person ~5 months before my wedding. After that meeting, I had zero doubt Elena would take care of the entire weekend. She is incredibly thorough, organized, and knows the Lake Como vendors very well. Because of Elena, the planning, leadup to the wedding, and wedding weekend was stress free. The weekend and especially the wedding exceeded my expectations by 10x. She gave me a wedding beyond my wildest dreams. Moreover, she is a good person and wonderful to work with. Choosing Elena to be my wedding planner was the best decision I made.
Dear Elena, we want to thank you fro the bottom of our hearts for helping us to create the wedding of our dreams! Words can’t begin to explain how grateful we are for our wedding GURU Elena. We never before understood the huge amount of work that it takes to create a wedding masterpiece.
