I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hair and makeup experience - Thank you Elisa! From the moment Elisa arrived, she brought such a calm, reassuring energy that instantly put me at ease. She truly made me feel like the best version of myself — natural and still me, just elevated.

Everything held up perfectly throughout the day (and night!) — even through happy tears, hugs, and dancing. I’ve never felt so beautiful, and it’s all thanks to Elisa’s incredible talent!

I’m so grateful she was part of my day. Highly, highly recommend her to any bride looking for someone who not only makes you look amazing but helps you feel grounded and confident, too.

Francesca Calo, was wonderful. We did the trial the day before my wedding because it was a destination wedding. She followed the look of a video I sent her and took down any changes I wanted for the wedding day. My hair was fantastic. I originally wanted a half up-do but do the the summer heat we changed it to a loose low bun that could be converted to a half up-do later in the night. She stayed for touch-ups after the ceremony and helped me convert the bun to the half up-do. She did make up on my sister's, my mom, and a groom grooming. I highly recommend Franscesca!

I can’t thank BLBS enough for their help with my wedding as well as my welcome party. To start, they were amazing to communicate with. I live in the states and their emails/messages back to all of my questions were timely and thorough. I was lucky enough to be able to meet with Anna and Stefan months before my wedding for my trial and they nailed it. They made sure to ask a lot of questions and take notes on certain brands I like and checked in with me later in the day to check how my hair and makeup lasted. They also saved the day for me for my welcome party. I thought I had my venue locked in to support hair but it that ended up not being the case. After reaching out a few weeks prior they thankfully were able to support. Again, they nailed the look I was going for after being shown same day what I wanted done. Lastly, they were so wonderful to work with on my wedding day. I had a small bridal party and they were able to accommodate everyone’s specific look requests and even supported touch ups later in the day. They made this part of my wedding day effortless and really made me look and feel beautiful. I would highly recommend!

I got married on May 12th, 2025 in beautiful Tuscany, and I had the absolute pleasure of having BLBS Management as my glam team. Ilaria and Valeria were the two artists who worked with me, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team.

I got married on Lake Como in November 2023, and choosing BLBS Management for my bridal beauty was one of the best decisions I made! From start to finish, their team was exceptional in every way.

The communication was seamless – from my first inquiry to the final details, they were always quick to respond, professional, and incredibly helpful. The manager made everything so easy, guiding me through every step and making sure all my needs were met.

And then, there’s Filippo – what a talent! He truly exceeded my expectations. Not only is he a brilliant makeup artist and hairstylist, but his calm and friendly presence made my wedding morning so enjoyable. He listened carefully to what I wanted, gave expert advice, and created the most elegant, natural, and long-lasting bridal look. I felt absolutely beautiful and confident all day long.

If I could go back and not book them for my wedding day, I would. I did extensive research and landed on BLBS management for my wedding day, I felt more comfortable with the higher price for a senior artist considering the quality of service I was lead to believe I’d receive, but unfortunately didn’t. I experienced unprofessionalism leading up to my wedding day, which I addressed with BLBS directly- as there was mixed information given to me by the artist assigned to me and the management team.

On my wedding day my artist, Ruslana, did not show up despite the fact I had been in contact with her leading up to and the day of my wedding. Instead it was a stranger, without being notified by anybody of a ‘last minute change’. I believe this was a form of punishment after previously addressing unprofessionalism and poor communication.

The artist was lovely but showed up half an hour late and only glanced at my reference images. She gave me hair and makeup that did not match what I was requesting, I asked her to change several aspects of the hair and the makeup, which she did unsuccessfully, and made me late to my wedding- almost so late I would have needed to cancel my ceremony due to the town hall time restrictions. I held back tears getting into my wedding dress alone in the bathroom.

I contacted BLBS via WhatsApp, asking the name of the artist who conducted my hair and makeup. Valeriia, presumably a manager, played dumb and stated she didn’t understand what I meant but later acknowledged the change of artist via email.

I got a weak apology for the stress caused to me along with the unsatisfactory service both by the management team and the artist. I was informed that the contract states they are able to change an artist due to change of circumstance- which is incorrect and only stipulates that they can for an act of god. I have contacted BLBS management, Valeriia, multiple times to kindly point out where it states an artist can be changed due to change of circumstances, I have been ignored.

Their resolution was to offer me a measly €150 refund out of the €700 I spent after contacting them on instagram because I believe my email was blocked from trying to resolve the matter.

I was told my ‘basic’ package was costly for them? (I eloped so it was just me) and tried to say my hair and makeup didn’t come out as desired because my hair is different and my face shape is different. When I showed them my hair was the same length and fullness as the reference photo and that I got a Smokey eye when I didn’t want one, they offered a partial refund ‘to be nice’.

Please, don’t hand over your hard earned money  and leave the fate of your hair and makeup on a special day to this company.

Most incredible experience!
Working with Anna and her incredible team was an absolute dream! From the outset they had excellent communication and answered every single question that I had. As a destination bride it’s extremely nerve wracking to put your trust in a team who you haven’t been able to meet in person before your wedding day. However, choosing to work with Anna was the best decision we could have made! We were in Milan for a couple of days before the wedding and were able to arrange a trial in the city before moving to Como for the wedding. In the trial Anna and Stefano were so accommodating and made sure that I was completely happy with the vision for my look before the big day, which was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves!
Her team did the makeup and hair for all of my bridesmaids as well as the two moms and they all looked so beautiful. I absolutely adored my look on the day - Anna and Stefano knew exactly what I envisioned and executed it perfectly. I couldn’t have been happier. Working with this team like this is exactly what you need on your wedding day. Thank you so so much for everything BLBS!
