My husband and I got married October 5th, 2023 in Ravello and used Carlotta and her team as our planners. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond for you on your special day, look no further, Carlotta and her team were absolutely amazing. She was always available for questions and I always felt like she was doing right by us - always offering alternatives, being extremely responsive, recommending some of the absolute best vendors, helping us stay within budget, and even advocating for us when we were having some issues with our venue. Planning a wedding from the other side of the world is extremely stressful to begin with (we’re American), but having Carlotta there to handle everything took away every worry and helped us focus on the important decisions we needed to make throughout the process (i.e. vendor selection, location, details, etc.). We knew that Carlotta planned beautiful weddings from seeing photos from her other couples, but to see everything come together on our own wedding day actually left me speechless. It was more than I could have ever dreamed of - Carlotta and her team didn’t leave a single stone unturned, thought of every detail and made our wedding one that us and our guests will never forget.
There are thousands of wedding planners out there, but with Carlotta I feel I’ve made a friend! She’s passionate about what she does and is truly there because she wants to see you have the most amazing wedding you could dream of. I could not recommend her enough - please hire her!!!

Where do I begin?
Long story short: I got engaged in the US and wanted to plan an Italy wedding and had ZERO idea where to start.
I found Carlotta on Instagram and have absolutely no regrets! She is patient, kind, and innovatory! I have been planning my wedding since June 2021 with her, event to take place in fall 2022, and I can honestly say I have not been stressed AT ALL. It is always exciting to see updates from her on vendor updates and she gives me time to talk over things with my fiance - which isnt always as quick as we'd like haha
She networks with the right people and will always come back with an idea or better price to remain in our budget which is so hard planning a wedding because I WANT IT ALL, she helps us stay realistic.
I highly recommend Carlotta if you are planning an Italy wedding, she is a hard worker and it truly shows in her passion to work so hard for your event. I can't wait to see all the million ideas we have discussed come to life on my big day, thanks to her!

Carlotta helped to make our Italian wedding into the most magical day imaginable. She helped coordinate with our hotel in Santa Margherita, Italy, got us the best possible florist and rates, and arranged our rehearsal dinner. Being in the United States, there is no way we could have managed all of these things. The day of the wedding, she helped coordinate all of the moving parts, had beautiful signage made, fans that were also programs for the events of the day, etc. She was so thorough and thoughtful that it took away the stress of planning. We are so grateful to her and would recommend her to anyone!
I hired Carlotta as my day of coordinator and she went above and beyond. By the time my wedding came around Carlotta was providing full services and there is no one else I would have trusted to do so.
She went above and beyond and brought all my visions to fruition, and suggested some great ideas I didn’t think about.
Carlotta was the BEST wedding planning ever, extremely communicative, answered my million questions constantly and timely and was the kindest soul. Not only did she help plan the wedding of my dreams she also assisted with my honeymoon.
I cannot recommend her enough, and you absolutely must hire her for your wedding. You will not regret it!
