Oh my goodness, I can't say enough about Carissa and how much we appreciate her! Not only was Carissa completely flexible and understanding when our plans changed, she just is the most pleasant person to be around! She got every shot we could have wanted and much more. Our friends couldn't get over our wedding album and how amazing our photos turned out. Carissa is a gem and by booking her you can rest assured your special moments are captured in an exquisite and breathtaking way. She is adventurous in capturing, creative, and talented. She is simply THE BEST!

Carissa is AMAZING!! She is kind, caring and charismatic. She was constantly checking in with us about every detail along the way. She made sure we got exactly what we wanted for photos and kept it under time. Most importantly she is down to earth and made myself, my husband and our families feel comfortable and relaxed during the entire shoot. She is worth every single cent!! She captivated our special day and became one of the family.

This review is so long overdue. That’s mostly because I wanted to keep Carissa all to myself.
I struggle with finding the right words to described her as a person and her art. She is BEYOND AMAZING. Carissa has this special ability, I call it her superpower, to make you feel like you’ve known her for years, and be so comfortable, so open, that she’s able to capture your true essence in the time that she has. I recommend Carissa to everyone that asks, even if they didn’t - lol.
I have so many photos that I will no doubt cherish forever and it’s all thanks to her.
I’m already looking forward to booking her for my many other milestones.

Carissa! Most likely one of the best photographers in the area. She is committed and dedicated to her clients, she is easy going and super informative. She wants the best out of your special moments, just as you would! Her photos are detailed and edited perfectly, but not over edited! She captures all the little moments when there is so much going on around her. I would highly recommend Carissa to anyone looking for engagement and wedding photography! It’s hard to come by genuine business women these days and Carissa is definitely one of them.

Carissa is hands down the best decision made during my wedding planning process. When I initially booked her I was drawn in by her beautiful photography style and ability to capture what seemed like some pretty special moments between couples. What happened after I booked her, far exceeded my expectations. Not only did Carissa go above and beyond, she also became a friend. She took the time to get to know my husband and me and we instantly connected. Her taking these extra steps to do this truly captured my relationship perfectly. Carissa is the ABSOLUTE BEST photographer you will ever find. She is very professional with the most amazing personality. She created the most comfortable environment to work in while also always bringing it with the jokes and tunes. Both myself and my husband rarely take pictures and are super awkward about it, but she helped us with all the details for our engagement shoot, down to location and outfits. Both our engagement and wedding photos were absolutely stunning!! I’ve honestly gone through my wedding photos almost daily since she has sent me the album. She truly knows how to capture your entire day. It plays just like the movies, telling the most special story of your wedding capturing the pure love, happiness and joy that was felt throughout that entire perfect day. Carissa truly cares about her clients and it’s very evident in her work. She is truly passionate about what she does. I’m so grateful that she was our photographer!
