Sara, Nicole, and the team at AIB are that backbone, they are the dream-makers. They did it for us, and guess what, it was the best day of our lives. That should be enough of a review right there. August in Bloom gave us the best day of our lives. Full stop.

But we’ll go a step further… Not only was it the best day of our lives, but now weeks later we’ve heard from no less than 100 people that it was “the best wedding and party I’ve ever been to.” Tell me that’s not how you want your wedding to be remembered, and how you want to remember it.

A wedding is truly all about planning. With any venue, any size, and budget, any anything, planning is what brings it all together. And that’s coming from a couple of project managers. We know how to plan. But August in Bloom took planning to a whole new level. We can confidently say that August in Bloom is the ONLY planning service you should consider.

Why would we say that? Because nothing went wrong. Nothing.

We’ve been to dozens of weddings, and something ALWAYS goes wrong. The tent leaks, the food is cold, they run out of bubbles, the ceremony music is wrong, the procession is uncoordinated, the list goes on. We thought that we’d be lucky to have just one thing go wrong.

But nothing did. And if it did, Sara and Nicole were so on top of it that we never even knew. August in Bloom took care of it all. It was a perfect day.

And more than that, you’re going to spend dozens and dozens of hours with your planners. Going over every detail, every coordination, every choice, song, napkin colour, bouquet arrangement, EVERYTHING. They become part of your life, and more than anything, we feel like Sara and Nicole became like family to us. That’s how amazing they are. They were there for everything, all the highs and lows, and they were there the day of, ensuring that everything was perfect. We’ve never seen two people work so hard and enjoy themselves so much while doing it. They were a complete joy, absolutely perfect, and they put on the perfect wedding. We’ll never forget them, and we’re eternally grateful to them. Frankly, we miss them. We wish we could throw another wedding just to work with them again.

Why would you leave what’s supposed to be the best day of your life up to anyone else? Choose August in Bloom, they are simply the best.

August in Bloom is an incredible team of planners! We loved our meetings with Julia leading up to the big day, and we were beyond thrilled to have her and Katrina running the show. They are truly a 10/10 team, and we couldn’t recommend them more! Every detail was executed to perfection, everything ran seamlessly on time, and they coordinated our entire vendor team with ease. Their professionalism allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day, which is the greatest gift.

FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!! From the moment we met Sara, we knew we were in good hands. She instantly made us feel cared for and supported, and throughout the entire planning process she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect!!

Her organization, professionalism, and calm energy made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely seamless! On our wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a thing, she took care of everything behind the scenes so that we could be fully present and enjoy every moment.

She made sure our day was even more beautiful than we imagined and we are so grateful for everything she did for us. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your wedding like it’s her own, Sara is absolutely the person you want by your side. I could not recommend her enough!!

We had a spectacular experience working with Katrina and Eva at August in Bloom for our September wedding at Terroni Adelaide. Prior to the event, Katrina helped us create a digestible and organized day-of plan that allowed our bridal party and key people to feel in-the-loop. She also went out of her way to take remaining tasks off our plate without being asked. On the day-of, both Katrina and Eva bought such a fun and positive energy to the bridal suite, while also taking on tasks like steaming my reception dress unprompted. Their presence allowed everyone in the bridal party to stay completely present and enjoy the day. The most amazing part was that although we knew they were handling a million logistical details behind the scenes, they never made us feel rushed or worried, and always had a smile on their face. They also helped with lots of small design details like repurposing the candles and flowers from dinner into décor on the dance floor – small things I didn’t even think about but was so impressed to see. They truly made the day feel magical. When I forgot to order flip flops for guests to change into, I found out they had already taken care of it. Additionally, I can’t thank them enough for how warm and welcoming they were to our families. My mother raved about how Katrina personally ushered her to her seat at dinner – a small touch that meant so much. We LOVE this team and recommend them to absolutely everyone looking for coordination services.
