Nomo is an amazing photographer. I've worked with Nomo a couple of times and i never had a problem with anything. I always receieved my pictures fairly quick, and they're all perfect, like always. Nomo is a very kind and easy going person to work with. She makes every photoshoot fun and entertaining. Most importantly, she makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera.You will definitely get amazing shots with all her creative ideas! When we were searching for a wedding photographer, we stumbled upon Simply Sweet Photography and fell in love with Nomo's work. It got even better when we met her in person. She was incredibly friendly and warm and we instantly felt as if we had always been friends. We both knew that we had found our photographer. When we took our engagement photos, what started as us being awkward and camera shy turned into a fun day full of laughter and wishing that our session was longer!

Nomo did a fab job taking our families Christmas pics! Will be using her again next year for sure ! There are so many pics I love that I can't decide so I am making two Christmas cards lol. Love the fact that she listens to her clients and that she is so responsive via text, phone call or whatever ( especially for a new mom who doesn't have much time ). She also worked with inspiration photos adding her professional opinion and came to our home to take the pics . Honestly her work is the best but above all I appreciate the attitude and customer service which is hard to find .
I just wanted to recommended Simply Sweet Photography by Nomo Akisawa for boudoir. I spent hours researching different boudoir photographers in Vancouver and finally chose Nomo after finding her Instagram. I wanted elegant and tasteful photos. Nomo did not disappoint. Her photos are straight out a magazine and she does all of her incredible editing herself. There are photographers out there who charge an insane amount and it's not the quality of Nomos work. So happy!
Nomo is such a talented photographer; she was able to capture all the perfect moments on our wedding day! She is so friendly and sincere; Clayton and I were so comfortable with her for our engagement and wedding shots. Our engagement photos from her one-hour session turned out way nicer than the photos we got from a full day session with a family friend. We hired Nomo for our destination wedding after scouring the internet for a photographer who matched the style of photography we wanted for our big day. The minute I saw her photos I knew instantly that she was the perfect photographer for us, and her communication only solidified that. She was sweet, caring and enthusiastic in all of our conversations and always made us feel like the most important clients in the world. She was patient and flexible in the planning process of having her come along to Mexico, and when we finally met with her for our engagement shoot she exceeded all our expectations for what a photographer should be like. Nomo and her assistant Jade joined us in Mexico and once again exceeded our expectations. Firstly, I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by Nomo! We had Nomo as our destination photographer last weekend in Cabo at the Hyatt Ziva. If there’s one thing to really think about when getting married it’s the photos you are going to keep and cherish together forever. I’ve asked Nomo to slowly send me the photos one by one because I get so emotional on how beautifully she captured the LOVE Ryan and I have for each other. Endless smiles, laughs and tears- it was truly the best day of of my life! And I can’t believe how excellent she was with direction and her professionalism was something our entire wedding party noticed. You know you have an amazing photographer if your family and friends plan on booking her for their big days!
