Hello and welcome! Thank you so much for stopping by. I’m Iris Li, founder and lead planner of Blue Lavender Events.  We are a full-service luxury event planning firm with an affinity for understated, elegant celebrations.  Before starting this business, I was in retail marketing for the world’s leading sports brand executing campaigns on a national scale. The skills I acquired from that experience have become the backbone of Blue Lavender Events.  With every event I’ve been so blessed to be a part of, a passion for design coupled with logistical expertise has ensured that every wedding is not only seamlessly executed, but a reflection of my couples from beginning to end.   To this day, my passion for planning and meeting new couples has been my greatest joy. Being a planner by nature and a romantic at heart, I love nothing more than helping to create the perfect day for my couples and their families.  We’ve been so fortunate to have been named a top wedding planner by VOGUE and BlogTO and to have our work featured in Hello! Magazine, Style Me Pretty, Ruffled, Weddingbells, Wedluxe magazine, and more.    While these accolades are so incredibly special, the biggest blessing has been all the people I’ve met along the way. My couples are the reason I continue to relentlessly pursue what I love to do.  There is no better feeling than witnessing those moments of togetherness amongst family and friends celebrating all the best things life has to offer.  This is what motivates me every day and why I truly believe I have the best “job” in the world.
