Top 15 I'm Kaylyn van Driesum and I'm a wedding, elopement and couples photographer based out of Vancouver, BC. Over the last 6 years I've had the honour of meeting and shooting hundreds of couples from all over the world, and it just keeps getting better. I call Vancouver home but if you know me at all you know that I'll travel just about anywhere. Photographing those who are in love has been, and continues to be, an incredible gift. I have been invited in to tell stories, hold memories, and create images that will last for years and years. I'd like to say my photography style matches my personality: relaxed, joyful, natural. It lands somewhere in between the dark + moody and light + airy, and although I love true-to-life colours... black + white photos have always been the favourite. In the last few years I've put an emphasis on story-telling imagery. This means taking a step back to let things happen organically, and what a beautiful change I've seen.

I received our album while I was at the gym and immediately started crying. So consider yourself warned...... if opening your album from KVD, sit down and make sure you're somewhere appropriate for tears.
5 years later she’s only got more refined and more talented. My wedding sneak peeks have already floored me and I truly think the day wouldn’t have been the same without her. Kaylyn takes your personalities and brings them to life in the moments she captures which is truly the best gift. I can’t recommend her enough (and she’s also hilarious and laughs at your jokes!!!
