We had an absolutely amazing experience with Monika for our wedding day!! From the planning phase through to the wedding day, she brought incredible professionalism, creativity, willingness to collaborate, and calming energy.
Monika was instrumental in us having so much fun on our day, while also expertly guiding us through a packed photography schedule without any stress! She is so kind and warm, and made us, as well as all our family and friends, feel so at ease. She truly played a huge role in making our day feel magical.
We have just received our sneak-peak album (a generous volume of photos included!), and she listened so well to our input of what we were looking for in how our day was captured, delivering above and beyond what we were hoping for. She has an expert eye and captured not only beautiful, natural candid moments but also gorgeous images of the architecture and landscape of our venues. Her work is simply STUNNING!

Monika + The Dream Team at Everglow Photography were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Monika from day one made us feel so comfortable, it felt like connecting with an old friend right from the jump, and she was extremely personable and attentive to detail. We are both very camera shy, and she made sure to separate any of that feeling on both the engagement shoot and wedding day. In reading other reviews, it is no surprise to us at all that the sentiment is mutual across the board – Monika is a one of one, and should you choose to have her & the team as your photographers you will not be disappointed!

We picked Monika to be our wedding photographer after finding her page on Instagram and couldn’t be more happy with the choice we made. Right from the initial call, we could tell that she was prepared, confident, and knowledgable - giving us pointers and scheduling advice which put our minds at ease that she could deliver what we were looking for.

Both of us prefer not to be the center of attention and were anxious about being in front of a camera, but Monika made us feel comfortable and relaxed during our engagement photo session by giving us talking prompts to respond to. On the wedding day, she spaced out the photo sessions into short segments so we could spend time with our guests while still getting the photos we wanted.

We were hoping that Monika could capture the candid moments during so we could relive the memories when we look back at the photos. The photos exceeded our expectations, we’re amazed at how they turned out and have gotten tons of compliments on them from our friends and family. I wouldn’t hesistate to recommend Monika for anyone looking for a photographer!

Monika was an absolute dream to work with on our wedding day. We knew right from our engagement session that she was the right photographer for us. So organized, professional, calm, and fun for us to shoot with. We were beyond thrilled with our engagement photos and were so excited for our wedding day to work with Monika again! Well, the sneak peak images she sent quickly after the big day are even better than we dreamed.  She captured the emotions, details, and energy of our wedding so beautifully. There are so many moments that we weren't present for or didn't even remember that have been such a delight to see shots of. We knew that photography was going to be very important to us, so we went with the photographer that we felt most confident with. At our first meeting Monika was very direct, and confident she would be able to execute on our ideas - e.g. a portrait photographer (Second shooter) during cocktail hour, and being able to shoot some on film. Although we had some other vendors that caused us stress leading up to our day, Monika was someone that we knew had everything on her end under control.

We have only seen our film scans so far but we are SO thrilled with how they turned out. Film is tricky during such a hectic day but the photos turned out beautiful. We are looking forward to our sneak peak and remainder photos!

Hard to put a thousand photos (and slideshow) into a few words. Monika is an absolute gem of a photographer, non-invasive on the big day, very professional, on-time and really lovely to work with. My now husband and I liked her portfolio, a lot, but absolutely loved our album. She captured the magic of our wedding day in all of its beauty, including several candid moments that we didn't even know about! We cannot recommend her services enough. If you're thinking of going with Everglow, do it!! You will be forever grateful you did!

Monika is an absolute GEM. We got the chance to work with her on our March 9th wedding and we cannot share enough praise. Based off the sneak peek gallery alone, we can confidently say we are elated with the photos we have seen so far.

On a personal note, as someone that prefers not to be photographed, I truly appreciate Monika for the level of care she instills in her work. The photos were broken up into sessions with a good mix of candid shots thrown in as well. It didn’t feel overwhelming. I was worried I would not want to see my wedding photos (at no fault to the photographer), but this feels like Christmas! I can’t stop looking at and sharing the shots! In the words of my MOH, she did the damn thing and was so worth it!

Monika is THE BEST!!! I mean it, best in the business. Both as a photographer and a person Monika is amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a natural talent when it comes to photography. She is able to capture you in the best possible way .. naturally. She highlights your natural beauty and captures you very in the moment vs. setup or posed. In this way, she is also truly talented at capturing motion in her photos. All photos show the fun that was had in the moment it was taken. Her photos just have so much life and movement to them that you can truly relive that moment over and over.

We used Monika for our engagement shoot and our wedding day and we have no intention of looking anywhere else for our photography needs. Every session is fun, memorable, and beautiful! She captures those iconic moments, the candid moments, and the moments you didn’t realize she was capturing. There were pictures she got where I didn’t even realize she was taking a photo and those turn out to be some of the favourites.

Monika is also so creative as a photographer. Not only does she find spaces/shots with perfect lighting and scenery, but she even creates special moments with her creativity. For my wedding, one of the pictures she created (among others) was by taking our wedding bands and placing then atop each other on my bridal bouquet (seen in review images). It is such a simple idea when heard but I never would have thought to do that and it made for such a beautiful picture.

All her pictures turn out incredibly and if you want to be able to look back and relive the moment by visibly seeing all the fun, laughter, movement etc., then Monika is the photographer for you. I have added photos from both our shoots and hopefully they show you exactly what I mean with this review. Anytime I look at them I am brought back to those two amazing days.

Let me not forget to mention that Monika also puts together the most touching tear-jerking slideshows with a compilation of photos from your shoot. The order of photos and music that she picks will not fail to bring tear to your eye and/or smile to your face. Overall 10/10 and all the possible stars. With Monika as your photographer, I assure you, you won’t be disappointed.

WOW! Where do I begin with recommending Everglow Photography for all your future photography needs? My husband and I booked Monika for our wedding after she came highly recommended by a dear friend. From the initial meeting, Monika was genuine and warm and made us feel very comfortable. Her communication with us throughout the entire planning process was seamless and she is very talented at what she does. We booked the package which included an engagement session and we are so happy we did! It gave us a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera and get to know Monika (even though she makes you feel 100% confident and comfortable on her own). On our wedding day, Monika was amazing at sticking to the timeline of the day and making sure she received all the images my husband and I had said were important to us. Our entire bridal party loved working with her and said how amazing and talented she was at guiding everyone and capturing unique images. I truly believe that your wedding photographer helps to set the mood on your wedding day and Monika did just that. We had so much fun with her and all of our laughs were genuine - it felt like we were hanging out with a friend all day long! Monika sent us many sneak peaks shortly after the wedding. The turn around time for receiving the photos was quick too - about 8 weeks as she had promised (during busy season). Honestly we were in love with all the photos and it was amazing to be able to experience the day all over again from her lens.
