I could not recommend Rachel and Loli Events more highly.
I generally worry about being on top of every logistical detail, and Rachel was SO on top of it, that she made me feel completely relaxed for my entire wedding weekend. Rachel was always 2 steps ahead of me — whenever I asked her for something, she had already taken care of it. And when there was a slight hiccup with another vendor, she completely solved it before it became an issue and only looped me in once she had the perfect solution.
All of our guests were blown away by the execution of every last detail, and this was all thanks to Rachel and the Loli crew.
When I signed on to have Loli plan our wedding, I wasn’t totally sure what I would be getting out of it. After the fact, I can say that I (and my husband and our families!) got total peace of mind and calm for the entire weekend, which allowed us to have a better weekend than we ever could have hoped for.

From the moment we met Rachel, it just felt right–we got on effortlessly. She was terrific at guiding Trevor and I through the process, all the logistics, all those headache-inducing parts of a wedding that are far less glamorous than cake, dresses, flowers, and love. The real work! We felt totally taken care of with Rachel, while simultaneously building a real friendship with her throughout the process. And the Loli Events team she brought with her for the wedding weekend was absolutely superb! They made sure all went off without a hitch.

Rachel Urban and the Loli team are a must have for any wedding, and particularly in New York. Rachel led our entire wedding, was there at the beginning and was the reason our wedding went flawlessly. She is absolutely outstanding with a calm demeanor that helps manage through all the decisions and is critically important the day of the event. Every vendor and all the decisions that we made, Rachel helped us through, and she was right every step of the way. The Loli team on site the day of the wedding was professional, calm and critically important as they created an environment where everything ran smoothly. Choosing Loli and Rachel as our wedding planner was the most important decision we made, and the reason we celebrated with no stress. Rachel Urban is a star and we cannot thank her enough for creating a memorial day that will last with us forever.

Rachel and the Loli Events team were immensely professional, supportive, and proactive. Despite planning, re-planning, and re-planning again (… thanks, Covid!), Rachel never missed a step. She could anticipate any potential hiccups, offer insightful recommendations, and advocate on our behalf in conversations with our vendors. Perhaps most impressively, Rachel was able to keep us relaxed and calm throughout the entire process and on the day-of. She managed to trouble shoot potential issues with ease, coordinate every element perfectly, and – although I can’t prove this – ensured that the threat of rain miraculously avoided our outdoor reception. We will be eternally grateful for her!
